OVERALL, the movie was not bad. Not a 10/10 but it wasn't one of the worst that I've seen.
I was in the mood for something really depressing (don't ask why), but this didn't really do it for me. I know it's a bit weird, but sometimes you have those days where you just want to watch a sweet, sad, melodramatic film.
It relates stories of different types of relationships (mostly couples but one mother-son), and although the main storyline was good, it lacked depth and left people confused half the time. It took me well over 30 minutes to realize what type of movie it was. (Didn't read the plot)
I DID CRY, but the ending was disappointing and unclear.
Do I recommend it? Sure I do. Just because it wasn't my cup of tea doesn't mean it won't be someone else's.
IN A NUTSHELL:
1)Great cast/Great acting (Yeo Jin-goo was so adorable)
2)Great storyline/plot/idea
3)Lacked depth and incite into the lives and relationships in general
4)Confusing beginning and ending.
8/10

I still don't understand what the main point of the movie was...
Neither the plot nor the characters had any real depth.
The whole movie was them having sex, talking about having sex, thinking about having sex and then having a little more sex.
It's one thing when there's a good story with some steamy scenes to set the mood or show passion, but there really wasn't anything special or romantic about this movie...
I'm not sure how he was a minor considering he was 19? I guess it must be different there but in Canada he's already an adult.
I disagree with the whole "pedophiles dream" comment, it was consensual so I really don't see the problem.
Anyways. Pointless movie but I did laugh 90% of the time due to its stupidity.

This is probably the second best drama I've seen in my life.(I'd say first but I am very faithful to Moon Embracing the Sun)
The drama takes you on an emotional roller-coaster, in every single episode. One second you're laughing, the next you're cursing (very very evil people), then you're laughing, crying, then crying while you laugh, or laughing while you cry. You'll most likely look like a loon to the outside world. (it's ok. It's ok.)
The last two episodes were better than the whole drama combined. Your eyes pop out of your face when you realize how everything and everyone was tied in together. Things that were right under your nose, but somehow you missed, become so clear. Your heart will ache, oh, it will ache. BUT...I'm writing this strictly nonspoilerishy for a reason.
I don't want to spoil it for anybody, even those ones who are curious and come here to see whether it's worth it or not. GO WATCH NOW.
the music... omo, the music. They play the right song at the right time.
Every single song had a special meaning, and the words and tone just pulled at your heart strings in a way that's indescribable. I wouldn't look up the songs before , because when they come, they'll hit your heart like a ton of bricks.
I think every single person in the cast, including the antagonists did an amazing job. I'm sure everybody hated the villains with a passion, and why? because they did an AMAZING job acting, as well as the good people too. Even those who had a tiny roles, or people that appeared for like 10 seconds, they did an amazing job too. I felt like I was there 100% of the time, I never felt like anything was over or underacted.
I know this drama is a bit slow in the beginning, but compared to most it isn't bad at all, AND it suddenly picks up and goes at 34895793857 miles an hour. It's worth second of your time, I will recommend this until the day I die... I was told NOT to watch it, and I'm SOSOSO happy that I decided to watch it.
EVERYBODY READING THIS... GO WATCH RIGHT NOW.
I gave this a 10/10 for everything, which I don't usually do.
That means something... 10 OUT OF 10.

Positives;
1)Loved the cast and the acting, everybody was so adorable and suited their roles well. Even the people you grow to hate did their job well.
2)I can't get over the theme song. I just la-la-LOVE it to pieces.
3)Since I read the manga, I loved the story line/plot and I wouldn't have it any other way. (Although it wasn't identical to the manga one, the whole robotic lover idea remained CLEAR.)
Negatives;
There's only one thing I can complain about, but it's quite an important factor to the story.
1) Lacking... Je ne sais qoi.
Okay, well I do know. It lacked more romance and love between Night and Riiko. I feel like she romanced with everybody else except, Night! It was made clear that she had feelings for him, yes, that is completely true BUT they had NO intimate/romantic scenes.
Alas, it was what it was and that makes it what is is.
It was beautiful and heartfelt and I wouldn't change anything, not even the emotionally-beautiful ending.
Recommend it to everybody; especially if you've read the Manga.

I first saw the trailer and I completely fell in love with it, and it was on my PTW list for much longer than it should have. I obsessed over watching it ages but I just couldn't find the time.
I am saddened to have to admit that I was VERY disappointed after actually watching it.
1) SLOOOOOOOOW start- I can usually get over this if the rest of the movie makes up for it, but in this case I can't say it did...
2) Plot- OKAY. The plot (or at least the main idea of it) was quite original and pure. I really, really loved it, but I don't think it lived up to its potential... The movie lacked something. I can't quite put my finger on it, but something was missing; it just seemed incomplete.
3) Acting- It was great and I can't complain. Loved everyone.
4) Ending- SO, SO, SO, SO disappointing. Sometimes the ending can make up for the rest, but YET AGAIN, it failed to do so.
Overall thoughts; I liked the movie for its originality and emotion but I feel that it lacked action and depth. The idea was there, but it wasn't presented in a successful manner.
