Better than you'd think.
Although I appreciate the intention of keeping us entertained during this pandemic, we have to agree these Covid inspired dramas haven't been a big deal. I have only seen a few and none of them have been worthy enough for a review. This one, though, was actually a pretty good one.
It is extremely basic to the point there's literally nothing you can consider unique or memorable. I mean, there's only three actors and one setting, so there really isn't much we can get from this. Still, the story was cohesive and nicely written. Story wise, I tend to expect a lot from regular dramas, but this is one of those I love to just sit down, relax and watch without having to give much thought to anything.
The acting was quite decent for such small project. I remember dramas like "Ingredients," where the actors looked and felt so awkward and staged that it pushed me away from continuing out of pure cringe, and then look at this one and feel the huge difference. And yes, it did have some moments that felt fake, but it was not overpowering; just a couple of mistakes here and there.
This review is a little short compared to what I usually write but, again, the drama is so simple there is nothing much to take from it. I do recommend it, though, because it is a lighthearted story that, despite the fact it is very short, it pays homage to the classic BL tropes Thailand has created for the genre.
