Beautifully written story line and superb actors

The story of Ming lan is a historical masterpiece. The story line is beautifully written. It’s not just about the mundane type of plot but is like a combination of a lot of exciting situations. From the first episode, the continuation of the plot through to the other episodes was steady and flowing. It had me on my toes! The female lead is one of my favorite actresses. She was perfect for the role. I love how they portrayed her as strong and intelligent. This is no doubt my favorite historical drama!
