This movie is okay to watch. This was my first time watching a Chinese movie in this kind of setting. The acting was fair, but this might change if I watch more Chinese movies. I thought the music sometimes didn't fit the scene, and sometimes they didn't use the right instruments. I did like the little special effects they had in the movie, and didn't bother me that they looked a little fake. The story was average, you can predict a lot in this movie, and see things coming. Overall it was an okay movie to watch, maybe if I watch more Chinese movie this review might change a bit. I would recommend this movie if people are into fantasy movies with a hint of culture/history :)!
