It wasn't until Season 3 of Bron-Brom (The Bridge) did was there chemistry between lead actors. Starting in Episode 1 "When a Snail Falls in Love" slam dunks romantic chemistry between leads. Wang Zi Wen acting is terrific. Ji Bai (Wang Kai) is the example of a 21st Century macho man that can show strength and venerability. As a bonus, the script integrated a Graphic Novel into the story-line. Kudos to the translators for their Herculean efforts.
