Kind of ok?
The first thing I have to say is that it was a little difficult to rate this series. It screamed filler back and forth. We have an unoriginal script, what makes the situation worse is the fact we have similar scenes in every episode. Still it has some cute moments and a camaraderie relationship that is good to watch.
It felt like we were following the university student routine, but for no reason. The plot is basically a boy who falls in love with another boy. The big problem itself is the lack of conflict. Is it possible to tell a story without conflict that is good? Not entirely, it's possible to make a story with little conflict to be good, but it takes a narrative refinement for such a task. The only thing shown with the develop of the episodes is Bbomb jealous of someone. There was a moment when I even wanted Jin to betray him just for something different to happen.
As with all BLs, something that is not necessarily a problem with those produced by Thailand repeats itself here: useless characters. To know if a character is needed you need to think about the story. "What would happen to the story if this character didn't exist?" If the answer is nothing, then this character should be removed. Nitiman makes this mistake, but oddly enough, it doesn't do it as bad as in shows like 2moons, 2moons2 (that angel gang could be boiled down to 2, maybe even 1 character, in both 2moons), LBC and the worst case of such an error in En of Love, that you can't even remember their names and more than half could be removed. Here, as much as many of them are unnecessary, at least they still have a slightly distinct personality.
The acting is not good for any of the main characters. At times it felt like a competition between Jin and Bbomb's actors to see which of them was most uncomfortable in the role. Jack and Keam actors were better, but I still wouldn't rate them as good. Some characters appeared so little that you can't even evaluate. I still don't understand why Fourwheels' name appeared in the credits in front of the other characters, if the sum of his scenes wouldn’t even be ten minutes.
I touched only in the negative points, so why does this show still gets a 6,5? Honestly? I have not enven the slight clue. I disliked many things, but even so was an easy show to watch. It didn’t deliver much, because never proposed itself to be more. It is an ok show, could be better, but definetly was not the worst thing I watched.
