This is a nice mini-show. The storyline revolves around a woman that is interesting to 3 very different businessmen since she is a key to great wealth. She falls in love with one of them. In that sense there is nothing new about it but it’s still interesting enough.
FL is rather weak which is no surprise since she doesn’t know much about her past and has always been treated badly in the family. ML is a bit of a mystery. The other two men are more transparent.
Acting wise this is not top shelf but most of the cast is good. Especially the actor playing “Yu Li Shen” makes shivers run down my spine which is not possible unless he is a good actor.
Since the ending is kind of open, I will keep my eye out for a possible new season.
Well, if you like a mini-show that’s not inventing new things but can keep your boredom away for an hour or so, this is an ok watch.
