The drama writers watched Elite and 1st Gen Gossip Girl over a weekend, brainstormed a 7-episode outline of both, then didn't fill-in many actual real character development. The only person in this that got more than half-baked was mean girl 1 with an actual character arc. So much potential with a budget to fail everyone.
