I'm Tyler, better known as "Tee" or "TeeTop" everywhere that I frequent online.
Male, 30 years old ('94).
I started getting into Kpop in late 2010. My favorite artists/groups early on were 2NE1, Beast, Co-ed School (+5Dolls & Speed), Son Dambi, Infinite, and Block B. By winter break (Dec 2010, Jan 2011), I was pretty much obsessed. I have a detailed "how I got into Kpop" story on my Onehallyu profile. By April or May of 2011, I started dabbling into Japanese music.
My favorite Korean groups and soloists as of now include VIXX, LOOΠΔ/ARTMS/Loossemble, Nine Muses, Infinite, Day6, KARD, Chungha, Ailee, and BoA.
My favorite Japanese groups/bands and soloists include Daichi Miura, Frederic, Yuya Matsushita, Koda Kumi, Jasmine, Crystal Kay, Flower (+E-girls), Da-iCE, Generations, and AAA.
I started watching Kdramas in July of 2011; my first being Can You Hear My Heart, which remains my favorite (biased) and the only drama I have mustered the will to rewatch...twice. I guess I could say I was a bit of a drama addict back then. I used to be able to marathon episodes like they were nothing. I watched approximately 27 episodes of Can You Hear My Heart in 3-4 days and caught up with the show before the finale aired. Me doing that now is practically impossible. I think I slowed down around 2012 or 2013. My viewing has been a lot more selective and periodic (if that makes sense). I also wind up wanting to do other things/getting distracted usually while watching episodes, so it takes me longer to get through them.
