the story was great but the execution was lacking. it started out good and we followed this pimp then it got interesting once the bad guy was introduced. its old school so they dont put gps on the people to find out the location but still he tried his best. the cops were a lil frustrating with their responses and by the end they found out they were wrong but the good guy wasnt compensated. the little girl in that short amount of time was perfect, no more no less. anyways i couldnt give it a 9 or 10 coz of the direction of the movie.
