* Both feature a "doomed" relationship between a human (female lead) and an immortal (male lead).
* Male lead shares a somewhat similar relationship to this of Goblin & Grim with another male character (with whom he's living)
* In both female leads are special for their ability to see and interact with ghosts, because of which they end up as outcasts of society - with a family that hates them and no friends. That is until they meet male lead - their destiny.
* Both have elements of ghosts, demons, heaven, reincarnation...
To conclude, both share a lot of similar elements both in characters and plot. That being said, they're rather different in terms of feel. Goblin feels more sad/tragic, while this one less so. I think if you loved goblin, you'll like this one ^_^ And if you liked this one, then you'll love Goblin.
It's a really good fantasy-romance show, so don't miss on it!
Also, give it some time because it actually gets better as it keeps on going.
