I give rate based on three things: the story idea, the plot, and the ending.

Rate <8 : not recommend it

Rate 8 : average, some of them are predictable, good enough

Rate 8,5 : good plot or pretty satisfying ending

Rate 9 or 9.5 : unique story idea and plot, they could bring up my emotion (sad, tears, laughter, thrilled et cetera)

Rate 10 : forever fave, couldn't get bored even if i watched them so many times
