With just the first three episodes, it is the same premise!! FL wants to confess to the nice guy, but her letter gets swiped by the bad boy ML. And ML blackmails FL into a fake front relationship!!
Same basic story outline!! The only exception so far is in Plot Love, FL took her child with her. And in Mommy’s Counterattack, FL was told her child died at childbirth.
Same time period, same “villainous” ML, same naive yet fighting spirit FL, same need for ML to hide and protect FL without her knowing, same ML head over heels googley-eyed for FL, while FL in love with SML until she realizes how much ML has done for her!
Both FL are intelligent, justice-minded investigators. Both are unfavored and ill-treated by wicked families. And both are being pursued by two men who are equally intelligent, inquisitive investigators seeking justice for themselves as well. Both dramas have great “whodunnit” plot lines with consistent romance throughout.
Same era and similar set up between the leads. And the same exact location set!! The first obvious difference is the age of the leads. Cruel Romance seems to suggest an older cast. While Fall In Love seems to suggest early twenties for the leads.
The underlining premise of the lonely insular CEO ML forcing a contract relationship on the warm, affectionate doctor FL (the vet in NML and the child psychologist in UL), but truly falling in love with her is the same in both!! AND the FL being the ML’s lifesaver in both!!
The ML’s and his older brother/ cousin’s views on relationship versus career success and how they initially deal with it I are eating exactly the same set up as the brothers in The Heirs!
The criminal element framework of Mysterious Love reminds me of how it was dealt with in Cambrian Period!!
They start off very similar with the popular rich lazy playboy bullying the new transfer student who is not having it!! HA!! And now completed, this is most certainly Boys Over Flowers!! HA!!
Same premise, but Oh! My Dream Daddy is a lighter, less melodramatic romance. Especially since it’s 2min per episode!!
Poisoned Love has the same backstory as What’s Wrong with Secretary Kim? It is a 20-something Cdrama similar to the 30-something Kdrama.
These have the exact same premise and side stories from the beginning!! If you like the one and only true pairing and second chance tropes, then Well Dominated Love is a more energetic, comedic, light-hearted 20-something version of the 30-something slightly melodramatic Here to Heart!!
