theres isn't any review here so let me copy-paste my own from letterboxd.
so I'm rather confused because I watched it without understand any dialogue as it didn't have subtitles but I made some notes for no particular reason:
— the music that kept playing during the first 15 minutes then kept coming back time to time was kind of annoying
— I would really like to make candles with ayano
— the guy sending flying kisses to yu was cute af and I need a backstory about him
— ayano speaking chinese is not something I would've expected to happen like ever, he sounds really adorable tho
— need backstory of the little girl too while we are at it
— the pink telephone passed the vibe check and I need a smaller one
— yu's second all-white outfit (under the jacket with the german flag) made me want to see ayano in a white long sleeved shirt (possibly a turtleneck) with and entirely laced white shirt on top of it
putting aside all these useless info, my boy basically went to the "big city" and got completely traumatized. reminds me how I became an adult but adulting is way too complicated and stressful that I would rather just not do it and go back being blissfully ignorant about how shitty and unfair life can be
