Wow.. where to begin. At the beginning, i admit, i was a little bored because i thought the scenes were quite meaningless. But just wait until the end. During the movie, for your first time watching it it's a given you will be confused. I recommend rewatching it again, or be like me and search online for explanations to the movie. There is some great explanations online that will be able to explain the whole movie, even on why they show the doctor is washing his hands at the beginning.
