A great romcom
My watch list has been all over the place lately, but I am always a sucker for a good romcom and MSM ticked all the right boxes for me.The perfect amount of cute fluff, which acted as a weekly palette cleanse for some of the other shows I’m watching lately. I like that it had a unique setup/storyline that kept me interested and wasn’t too heavy.
Many of my favourite tropes, minimal angst/misunderstandings, and the casting? Nailed it.
I fell in love with so many of the characters and laughed so much. The ML and FL had good chemistry, and I adored the MLs posse of ex cons/gangsters. I will definitely be seeking out more dramas involving many of these actors. Will be adding to my favourites list and would likely rewatch.

it’s been awhile
it’s been awhile since I’ve watched a kdrama that I loved as much as I loved CLOY. I laughed so hard through so many scenes and even cried in a few. There were so many lovable characters, they really nailed the casting. The OST was so heartfelt too. I adored the soldier posse, the village ajummas, and ML/FL romance. The sad-happy ending has left me with a lot of feelings to sort through. I’m not sure how I’ll get passed the ‘only 2 weeks a year’ deal or the death of the SL before their relationship could blossom… but of the many kdramas I’ve watched so far this has gone straight to the top of the list.Vond je deze recentie nuttig?
started off real steamy
Started off real steamy and then took a sweet romantic turn. I’m a total sucker for the fake-turned-real relationship trope so it was right up my alley. It was fun to watch their cute romance slowly blossom each week. The chemistry between the leads is undeniable; GreatInn nailed it. The second CP were also cute to watch, and the OST is super catchy.I loved this series from start to finish and really looked forward to a new episode each Saturday. I’m sad that it has ended, but would happily rewatch.

New comfort series unlocked
I think this is the first time I’ve been genuinely sad once a series has finished airing. I can’t even explain it, I just find this series very comforting and nostalgic. From the casting to the friendships and all the blossoming relationships, I really looked forward to Wednesdays and will miss it. There are not many series I would rewatch, but this I would. A simple storyline without too many complications or misunderstandings. My favourite cast of all time I think, the GMMTV boys really lucked out with such a great circle of actors.Vond je deze recentie nuttig?
