It has the overused tropes that most kdramas always has; college setting, hate to love, opposite attract. But it's developed really well!
The acting was good
Tbh PJC's acting was kinda robotic at some parts, but i think it was part of his character so it doesn't bother me much. Main leads chemistry was amazing.
The pacing wasn't rushed like most kbl does. The cinematography were well done
Music was good, my favorite would be Romantic Devil by Coldin.
I don't usually rewatch dramas. But this one is an exception. There's not much episode, so i could finish it in one sitting.
Overall -
If you like to watch some light hearted romance with overused tropes, i recommend you this

I already watch the movie version, so i thought this drama would just be a draggy version of it.
But i was wrong! It got me hooked from the 1st episode.
The siblings fight, funny side kick, unique classmates, and the monologue at the end are the most memorable part for me.
Shi Fen and Shi Miao are the usual quarreling siblings. Meanwhile the Wan brothers are unrealistic dramatic siblings, but they're just refreshing to see.
Even though i dont really like dramas with school setting, this one is an exception. I love how the classmates and teachers weren't just one dimensional characters. They had their own story and good development.
Sun Qian and Joseph Zeng had great chemistry playing as siblings. The side characters did really well too. However Mark Ma, who portrayed Wan Xing stole my attention. It's amazing how well he play the character of a matured 12 years old.
The drama itself is full of hilarious scenes, but i find a lot of unnecessary fillers in it.
I would've give it a 10 if ending were much better. After 29 episodes of adventure, it ended rushed and bland when it could've been more impactful.
The intro song were funny, meanwhile the outro were more mellow which suits the mood
However this is truly my type of drama, no romance just siblings hood and friendship. They keeps the comedy coming and you'll laugh all the way from the beginning to the end. So for me I'd definitely be rewatching it
I recommend it to people who wants a light hearted comedy watch to pass the time

Love Like the Galaxy: Part 2

one of my favorite cdrama
I started to watching this because of Zhao Lusi, the amount of episode made me hesitant to watch. However i ended up loving it.-
From the beginning there's Cheng Shaoshang with her abandonment issue, her only-depend-on-myself attitude, and how she always on her wits to fight back anyone who bully her or people around her.
Her issues were believable and i could relate to her sometimes. I love that her attitude changed little by little to portray her growth.
I also noticed Shaoshang's Mom growth. She was really harsh at first and motivate Shaoshang by always comparing her to the 'perfect' cousin. Then her slowly realizing the good in her daughter.
The portrayal of the Cheng family were great.
They're mostly funny, especially the Grandma, who has downry addiction, and Shaogong, who loves to do divination.
Ling Buyi story was quite a plot twist for me, that i don't know how to explain about it without spoiling everything.
The romance started real slow, but had great build up. I really enjoy watching how litle by little their love for each other grow.
How 2 people with their own issues tried and failed to understand each other, how they got to overcome their differences. Their struggles & the damage were realistic. But they could added a bit more build up to the relationship and a bit more intimate scenes. ZLS and WL have good chemistry.
I really like Emperor Wen, it's funny how he always urge LBY to get married. There's also the lovable Empress Xuan and straightforward Consort Yue. It's my first time seeing such healthy relationship between Empress and Consort.
Side characters like, Yuan Shanjian, Lou Yao, Wan Qiqi, Qiu Fei and Qiu Qi were a good addition to the story.
For others the political side of the story could felt boring and repetitive, but for me it was easy to understand and i like it.
I can't forget the fact that the pacing in the first half were too slow. There's too many side characters that showed up, forgotten, or suddenly moved to the next stage of their lives. And the amount of wicked woman are just ridiculous.
The acting were great! Everyone did they roles perfectly.
When Ling Buyi in a bad mood he scared me out. Sometimes even when he's happy he creeps me out too. WL's acting is spot on, he did good job as LBY.
I'm used with ZLS doing funny/cute roles all the time. It surprised me seeing how good she is in the emotional scene. Also I'm really amazed with Xu Jiao, i can't believe she was the same kid in CJ7. Versatile actresses indeed.
Other thing I love is the cinematography/VFX. They indeed give a lot effort in it. It's just very screenshot worthy. I feel like i took screenshots of the scenery in every episode. However there's too many scenes were in slo-mo, probably for dramatic effects, which gets me frustrated at times. They could've cut it and use the screentime for something else.
Both intro and outro didn't include spoilers like how way cdramas usually are.
The music used were good, my favorite is the outro song and the flute instrumental.
It might be a bit of a long drama, but I'd definitely rewatching this.

With all being said, Love Like The Galaxy is not the perfect drama. But watching the whole thing was a great journey. I couldn't count how many times i go from laughing, crying, squealing, angered, then laughing, crying again and again. This is now one of my favorite cdrama. I'm gonna miss it so much.
I'd recommend this if you like historical drama that has a lot of funny moments and slow burn romance.

The chemistry between the leads were amazing and they look great together.
The storyline was simple but good. There are some funny moments.
The pacing doesn't felt too rushed. However probably because of the short duration, there's some unexplained plot holes.
I truly love the OST, especially "I'll Be There" by Johnny.
Overall, it's a short feel good drama.
If you want to watch this, I'd recommend this movie version rather than the series.

Good short movie
Story:It was good. Well it made me clench my fist everytime the bullying scene appears.
Acting:
I'm not a pro in this case. But judging from how much i got immersed into the story, the actors really did a great job.
Overall:
If you think it's boring, just keep watching. It's getting better.
Just dont try to think of whats gonna happen next and go with the flow, you'll enjoy it!
Well at first i dont understand what the ending, but after rewatching i kinda get the hang of it.

Definitely a great watch!
Usually I avoid historical dramas because it mostly filled with wars and political schemes. But this one is different. I loved how the balance of comedy and politics is maintained. From the first episode, is like a hilarious rollercoaster ride. There is not a single moment i felt bored.I really loved Ban Hua's character, she's strong, independent, and straightforward. Both her and Rong Xia are likeable characters. Which made them a perfect couple. Supporting actors were great too, especially The Ban Family, Du Jiu, A Ke Qi, Princess Dening, even Jiang Luo, they're so fun to watch. The OST are great too.
At first i thought 40 eps are too much and make me lazy to watch it. But now that i finished watching, 40 eps felt like nothing. Its a great show for those who like light&fluff drama.

Story was about self growth of the ML, his past love, and people around him.
The loveline wasn't necessarily the focus but it makes a big impact.
Like the other review said, one minute it can be so funny and the next minute so heartwarming.
Watching this feels like watching everyone grow in front of my eyes, their imperfections was relatable. The mental health part doesn't have a good closure which is realistic. Because even in real life not many people put care and actually look for treatment.
Everyone did great with their roles. But I'm really impressed with Guan Xiaotong, her portrayal of Peng Jia He was amazing.
I wish they did better with ML's look in the flashbacks scenes, instead making him look young they ended up making him look older.
i really like the outro song, I'd definitely listen to it from time to time
Overall whole story was pretty light, it kinda gets a bit slow and boring in the middle.
It's not really my favorite and not really the one that I'd rewatch. However I'm thoroughly enjoying watching it.

The Flowers Are Blooming

I mean it's my first time finding a historical drama that has architectural theme.
The story focused on the architecture but also connected to the main leads problem
-
The main couple, CLY-LQF, are cute, but their chemistry was weak. FL did a good job with her character, ML's acting felt robotic at some parts, and the kiss scene doesn't look convincing.
The side couples were more interesting, AXL-MYX & HNN-LY. Even with minimum screentime they still had good chemistry.
ZYN was good addition to the story. She didn't have much development, but she's fun to watch. I wish they did better with WS's character. In the whole story he always stood there as the guard, no backstory or whatsoever.
The used of architecture theme was good and very entertaining! There's new things to solve from every project. And the way the friendship grows between the 8 people were heartwarming.
-
Music used was okay, it fit the mood. The setting and costumes looks pretty. CGI looks cheap, but it wasn't so bad.
I guess this supposed to be a light hearted drama. And i like fluffy/light-hearted dramas the most. But this one felt bland, especially during halfway of the story.
I started to watch for Fu Yaning and she doesn't disappoint. She did good with her role. I just had a hard time getting used with the dubbed voice.
Overall, some parts of the drama are bad. But if you accept everything as it is, it will probably be an okay drama. If you have a lot of free time or if you are a fan of the actors, go ahead and give it a try!

But this movie succeeded in making me (^3^♪ Rollin' Rollin' Rollin' ƪ(˘⌣˘)ʃ
They're being funny without trying too hard.
When i thought "oh, it's serious now???" the whole thing becomes hilarious again.
All of the actor & actresses nailed their roles. The chemistry between the characters are awesome. And it not only made me laugh, there's some parts that almost made me cry.
It's just a good movie overall.
So i don't have much to say, just watch and see it yourself. (≧▽≦)

Deze recentie kan spoilers bevatten
!MAJOR SPOILER ALERT!Main couple? If you've seen the previous seasons, it's basically the same concept; they break up, FL got locked in a room and ML saved her, new love rival, but with the campus setting.
At least the female had learned how to stand up for herself
Side characters are more interesting, i really like A-Hoon and Ji-Seong.
A-Hoon is a cutie, who makes the drama more comedic. I really like his interaction with Ji-Seong.
Ji-Seong and A-Ra, i didn't expect them to be together after what happen in season 2. Same with Seung-Hyun and YuNa, i never expect this couple would happen.
Seol and Ju-Ho, after 2 seasons they finally together... At first, i don't agree with how Seol making Ju-Ho experience unrequited love. But seeing how she used to pursue Ju-Ho. I think he deserves it. I was waiting for either Young-Dae/Ju-Ho to have a kiss scene with Seol. But instead of with Seol, we got a scene of them accidentally kiss each other.
Tbh Hyewon is still lacking in terms of expression. She basically had the same look from the beginning to the end. Well, sometimes she smiled a bit. It's still acceptable, after all this drama were her first work.
As for Wonpil and Hyunsuk, they pull off their role.
The crossover with Light on Me and Be My Boyfriend's character was funny. I mean... before i checked the actors profile i didn't realize that some cast of LOM had appeared in Best Mistake too. Especially Choe Chan Yi, i really liked him as Ji-Seong ever since i watch this drama. But i didn't realize he's the same guy who played as Da-On.
I don't really notice the music
But the quality/cinematography was good.
However i can't help but think that this drama should've ended with the 2nd season. I feel like this season only filled with cringey draggy plot.
Overall, it's worth watching if you only want to see your bias's acting. Just remember to watch it with 2× speed, throw the logic away, and enjoy the ride!

It was good at the beginning, i like how they resolve the mystery. But then focus of the story shifted to something else and makes it too draggy.
Romance doesn't seem to be the main plot, the leads were cute, but they don't have much chemistry.
The misunderstanding between them doesn't dragged for too long. But throughout the drama, they keep lying and pushing each other 'for their own good'. When i thought, 'they finally understand that they need to be honest with each other', they lied and hide again. It's just a tiring circle.
Instead i like the side couple, like xiao chen - ying yu and su zui - princess yu they got better chemistry in my opinion. Prince Ning was also a good character, he comes off as clumsy most times but was smart when needed.
There are some annoying characters, but they didn't bother much.
The acting were okay. I think the problem lies within the script. Don't expect much from the cgi and fighting scenes.
Conclusion; it's not bad, but not good
I do like the comedic part. But overall, it's not my favorite.

But i was wrong. Turns out the 2nd season was filled with angst. I didn't hate it. I'm just not a fan of it.
However i ended up liking this season.
At first it was really frustrating to see how Ji Woo just left and ghosted Seo Jun for a whole year. But then in the end everything make sense. I wish Seo Jun could play hard to get for a little longer though.
Comparing to S1, i could see they had more budget for this season. Better cinematography, setting, styling, and more casts. The duration and pacing were good, but i feel like some parts could've been shorter. They also explains the plot holes from S1.
I dislike the idea of ex coming back, but they done it well.
I like how the side characters also had development.
My favorite character is Pil Hyun, he did great as Seo Jun's CEO. I feel bad for him since S1, everyone hung up on him first and now in S2 he's left alone. He deserves a better ending.
The acting was great. All the actors portray their roles perfectly.
I love the chemistry between the leads, they were perfect together. But i must mention Son Woo Hyun would do great as a singer. He truly had the talent for that. His singing part on ep 4 is amazing.
The i love the music that were used.
My favorite is "그럴때, 나는" by Son Woo Hyun & Kim Kang Min.
Overall it's a great sequel. I won't rewatch this as much as the prequel because of the angst, but in the end I really really liked this drama.
If you're in the mood to cry I'd recommend this.

I like this couple in Kissable Lips, but that drama's storyline is not my favorite. I honestly like this office romance better.
Even the side characters isn't boring, they actually helped to make the story more entertaining.
The acting felt awkward sometimes, i think that's also because of the camera angle. They could've done the flashbacks part better, it looks choppy. And idk where, but it feels like there's some plot holes.
It's just one of those dramas that's not great, but still entertaining.

Things happen here and there.
Some scenes scared me, there's a lot of jumpscare.
As the movie goes i started to understand what's going on. It was funny then scary then funny again then heartwarming. The plot twist were really unexpected!
The ost was really good! Especially the one playing at the end.
However the poster is misleading. It made me think that the pink hair girl is the FL, but she actually isn't.
This is a movie that needs to be watch few times so that i could understand. But i can't stand the scary scenes, i don't think i could ever rewatch it alone.

The romance was cute, but because of the short duration, it feels too rushed. There's not much of plot/character development. I think it'd be much better if they turn this movie into a drama.
Acting
I'm not familiar with any of the actors. But they did a good job portraying their characters.
Music
It wasn't anything memorable
Rewatch
Yes, short and the the special effects / cgi was really good. There's a lot of funny moments. So I'd definitely rewatch it
Overall
it's a good movie to kill time with
