This drama was my first ever historical, fantasy Chinese drama coz before i used to stay far far away from fantasy, historical dramas coz i thought it just wasnt my thing. Hell was i wrong. I got hooked first episode and from there i binge watched all the way to the end. The romance was very satisfying and the plot of intense. The actors are perfect and each of the leads played their part so well (gave me so many feels literally). This drama for me revolved around romance and fighting most of the time so if you guys dont like action and romance this isnt gonna be something you would like. I purely watched it because of the lead guy (he was also in Fifteen Years to Wait for Migratory Birds). Didn't rlly understand how the synopsis related to the actual drama but overall i say give it a shot and if you dont like it then dont watch it. If you like lots of romance this drama is for you.
