I don't believe in criticizing or rewriting a series according to the fantasies in my brain; what you see is what you've got. And..the series, for all of its faults, did pull the viewer along. I hope to see these pretty and interesting actors in other dramas..loved the spooky "doctor".
The scenery and locations were worth the watch...some of the action sequences were convincing, others provided a good laugh. I think the sex scenes could have worked better as beautiful rococco stills.. Anyway, I don't regret watching it.
