Various kinds of relationships

As a psychologist I really enjoyed wide variety of relationships shown here. Friendships, difficulties in friendships, being in a friendzone, toxic relationship, naive relationship, grown-up relationships, relationships between parents and children. Sweet love and bitter moments.
I personally liked it, but only music stayed in my heart after finishing credits.

After a few years in k-dramaland, it still surprises me with recurring plot patterns. Can someone please explain to me, whyyyyyyyyy in 21st century, character is not able to get back to Korea to visit his girlfriend once in a month for the weekend? This is so stupid, I simply can't even.

I think it's wasted potential.
But still somehow warmed up my heart.
And SML syndrome is extreme here.
