I watched the whole series on YT in 2023. (I understand there is an uncut version with longer episodes.) I found it very confusing. Other reviews show that most other viewers were also confused and annoyed by the flashbacks which were not obviously flashbacks, and the unnecessary complexity of the psycho lady in the magic coffee shop. Producers/directors sometimes try to be clever or artistic by being cryptic and keeping the audience guessing. But in this show they go too far and make it unintelligible. It's not clear who is donig what or when. The plot with the older couple could have been interesting as an established couple, but the writing and acting was poor. Patis (played by Gun) should have gone off with one of the other young doctors who understands the demands of that profession. The two other young doctors were remarkably young looking! The worthwhile story and acting was the two boys Reaow and Mai at high school and their girl classmate, who were delightful together, a bit like Inn and Sun with the lovely Ainam in My Dear Loser Edge of 17. The two lads are actually well into their twenties but look 16. They were believable and cute but had to separate in the unsatisfactory last episode.
I would recommend to producers if they are going to make an uncut version to make sure it has continuity and makes sense. Not all of us can afford to subscribe to several pay-to-view services like IQIYI and the rest. I am considering watching it again uncut if I can find it on YT or DM or a channel that I already subscribe to. I wouldn't pay just for this!
