Not perfect but nice
This was cute but I didn't get any sense of romance between the leads. I LOVE these actors but feel it would have been better cast with late 20s actors and that timeline. The characters were all pushing 40 and that wasn't in keeping with their actions. Also, why the leads were allowed to date for years, and then absolutely not just didn't make sense for me. But beautiful scenery and fun side characters. The setting was charming and it was never boring... it just seemed like a missed opportunity. But JCW is always lovely and I'll watch anything he appears in.Vond je deze recentie nuttig?
Slow and odd
I like a slow drama but the tone of this one is confusing. Our ML seems toxic at one point, sweet at another. At 38, he's a good 12 years older than our FL but his character seems to be in his late 20s. I don't sense any chemistry between them.I have liked both actors in other dramas but i just don't have a clear sense of what the writer and director are trying for here and I can't imagine this thin story line taking up 16 episodes.
The SML isn't captivating me though i do like the SFL so far.
There isnt much buzz about this drama online and it is not surprising.

Fantastic thriller
I hadn't heard much about this drama but I love the FL and the ML looked intriguing. The premise is cool - slightly futuristic and the plot makes sense yet has great twists and turns. The acting is fantastic. I am usually more inclined to love a romance and that's not what this is... but the leads have such great chemistry that you know something is there.I strong recommend this drama. It woukd be a perfect one for a couple to watch together.
It seems like there might be a season 2 but i havent read that there is. It stands alone as is.
