They both focus on a specific industry, albeit different ones (music and fashion design), and both are slow-burn romances. The ML and second ML's personalities are flip-flopped. The ML in SoML is like the second ML in tBSitK and vice versa.

They both deal with serial killers and both have that chilling terror that makes the viewer want to hold their breath.

Supremely sweet flatshare romance of two college students with two completely different career paths. Solid writing, great chemistry from the ML and FL, and just an overall adorable editing presentation make this show a real winner. Available on Netflix!

This is another age-gap drama with the younger man/older woman trope. In this case, they work in the same office, and she ends up drinking too much one night while in a group setting, the group setting splits up, and the rest is history. He falls in love with her first and it's an uphill battle because her self-esteem is so low. On the whole, cute, several tropes utilized, but a sweet main couple. She just needs more confidence in herself (that gets old).
