I genuinely enjoyed this series, but..

Vice versa was a fun watch! It made me laugh and was entertaining, honestly to me the insane amount of product placement was never even annoying but just kind of silly. I personally really liked the mains, I think they had great chemistry. I loved the side couple too(they 100% needed more screen time).

The main thing that drove me crazy was the PLOT HOLES. The whole alternate universe plot idea has so much potential but it really, really needs to be executed PERFECTLY to be good while sadly, this series was not able to do this right. There were many things that just didn't make sense.

I was reading others reviews after watching this and never noticed anyone talking about one thing that was bugging me for the whole time I was watching the series. This thing is the fact that in the very early episodes when Talay first switches into Tess's body, a backstory is revealed about Tess and Tun. It was something about how they were friends but Tess had dated someone that Tun actually "liked" although it was also revealed that Tun was actually in love with Tess?? This causes Tun to ignore Tess(who is now Talay) and stuff happens with this plot but once Puen switches into Tun's body, this whole plot with Tess and Tun is COMPLETELY ignored and never spoken about again. What!? I got sorta interested in Tess and Tun's story from what was revealed about them, I was expecting that maybe they would even end up being a bigger part of the story so that their issues that had been shown in the early episodes could get resolved but I kept waiting and waiting and once the end of the series came around, I was watching it like, "What about the argument Tun and Tess were having in the early episodes?" "Are they friends again?" "..Are they more than friends now?" "Were they also eachothers portkeys?" "What did they do with eachother in Puen and Talay's bodies?" Idk, maybe nobody else cared about them since the people making vice versa obviously didn't but I feel like there was also so much wasted potential there.

Anywayssss, I'd definitely recommend vice versa, especially if you dont care tooo much about strange plot holes. Overall an enjoyable watch.

The first 4 episodes were good while the last two episodes made me go insane.

This series really disappointed me because there was so, so much potential. I was really enjoying the first 4 episodes for the most part, but honestly by episode 5 I was going crazy. The plot and characters were literally all over the place and the ending didn't even really feel like an ending.

In my opinion, it was too sudden when Night was finally being open with his feelings. I hadn't even been able to process fully how or when he had come to terms with his love for Dream but somehow after years and years of being best friends and in denial about his feelings, he was suddenly extremely open with Dream and saying he loved him? It didn't work/develop right in the plot for me.

Also, I'd love to mention Day for a second because what was going on with him? It was like he was supposed to have character development although there really was none. I hated Days character, he was unnecessary in many ways and honestly certain things with him and the plot just didn't add up at all. I don't know if it was something wrong with the subtitles but Day always seemed to give the absolute worst advice to Night when he needed someone there for him and he was overall a pretty unhelpful brother that wasn't really doing anything but irritatingly making things worse. I never felt bad for him.

I could go on and on about how annoying the last two episodes were and how rushed the ending was but I'm not going to because the series OVERALL wasn't the worst ever. It left me disappointed but it was actually a really enjoyable watch for the first 4 episodes. I loved Namwan's character development(she was like the only character with real and well developed character growth), I never exactly hated her but I enjoyed seeing her plot line and growth. She also gave some good advice occasionally which was so refreshing.

I don't really have any big complaints about the series up until ep 5 so I guess if your okay with probably being left disappointed, then I'd recommend it! It wasn't overall horrible, wasn't overall good, just okay with lost potential which will always annoy me in dramas.
