I'm a newcomer to dramas- I started watching in 2020, unfortunately when COVID shelter in place first started in the US. A friend of mine suggested I start with a show called Crash Landing on You on Netflix. I don't like reading subtitles and I usually don't watch international films. But CLOY changed my life. I soon realized that Korean dramas were just fantastic. I started to appreciate the stories, the actors, the acting, the cinematography, the OST (didn't even know what that stood for) and the overall production of dramas. I've since then started to watch C dramas and some Jdramas. Currently I've watched close to 400 dramas, I can do this because I don't work, and I don't go to school. I'm a stay at home mom. All of the dramas I've seen are not all documented here on MDL because I later discovered this website after I started to look for reviews of the dramas I wanted to start.
