Incredible!
(Disclaimer, I never read the novel). So incredibly good. I felt frustrated in the beginning by different characters but by the end I felt content with how they grew. Uhm Jiwon did an amazing job portraying Sangah in such a way I couldn't hate her. I found Inkyungs character to be a little stiff at points but that was just her character and by the end she was much more likable. I absolutely hate Mari but I wish she was brought up again at the end and had some sort of consequence for her actions. I found it so frustrating how the sisters just blocked other when they're upset in the beginning. I've really never watched anything that was as good as this. Kind of sad nothing ended up happening with two leads but it would've been rushed so maybe it's better nothing happened. I think Little Women definitely could've benefited with at least one more episode so much happened at the last 20 minutes that it felt rushed. I'm quite happy with the ending, maybe there will be a season 2 and that's why it ends that way. Kim Goeun did a fantastic job portraying a naive happy wants best for her sisters type character to the point of it seeming like it really is her. Very good drama, I'm glad I watched this.Vond je deze recentie nuttig?

So sad..
I really loved this story but it was just so so so sad to ever watch again.. It's the same vibe as 20th century girl, extremely heartbreaking. I would never watch this again, I just wish there was another movie with an alternate ending, I hate sad endings so much they break my heart. If you watch this prepare to cry a lot (unless you aren't bothered by movies..) The plot was so good for being a movie and the character growth just from 2 hours was fantastic. I enjoyed 1 hour and 20 minutes of this movie. Also.. did anyone else get the vibe Izumi liked Maori?Vond je deze recentie nuttig?
Quite sad..
It was amazing in the beginning, but then it suddenly switched plots after episode 4 so I was like huh???? It was going good but if you don't like sad endings, episode 4 can be your happy ending. The sad ending is so similar to how I felt after watching 20th century girl. It's so hard to rate this low even with a sad ending, but I just wish I was prepared to cry and knew it'd be so so sad. All the characters were portrayed very well even if I've never read the webtoon so I don't know how accurate it is for that, but the acting was phenomenal. Park Jihoon only gets better and better as time goes on with his acting skills, I'm looking forward to see him in more things from now!Vond je deze recentie nuttig?
Amazing.
So so so so so good for it being a web drama. My only complaint here is about how short it is and the open ending. I totally wish it was longer and we got to see Borin and Jimin together more, but for this being so short the writers and directors executed it so so well, nothing feels rushed or forced, it's the first time I've seen a web drama do that. I really would recommend this, it's one of the best web dramas made and the storyline is fresh (The app part isn't fresh but I feel like I haven't really seen anything like this minus shadow beauty even though it's not about an app). Lee Sohee did an amazing job portraying Borin in such a way where we can feel bad for her and also see her more crazy side (bathroom with Hyerim). Not one character annoyed me, they all brought what they were supposed to but not in a frustrating way like some dramas. I'd definitely recommend this, such a good watch.Vond je deze recentie nuttig?
Crazy.
I honestly started watching this thinking I would stop it if it got too hard to watch (due to the gore), but I didn't have a lot of trouble watching it, but I did have to look away at parts. I saw a lot of people saying it wasn't good and it was not worth watching and I'd agree unless you're bored, but it wasn't horrible. I'm not familiar with Japanese actors or BLs at all, but everyone in this movie wasn't bad at acting, maybe my standards are low? It wasn't too horrible for only that reason. There was a huge lack of plot, and it felt that everything happened in the last quarter of the movie, everything happened at once. The ending wasn't horrible but I find myself not liking endings that I have to interpret myself. I also found myself being confused as to what was happening during several parts of this movie. I would say personally I was expecting the gore in this movie to be worse than it was, maybe I was expecting more because of the comments but it wasn't AS bad as I thought, I saw someone say they couldn't get the scenes out of their head for months, but I don't think that will be a problem for me. I thought as someone who doesn't enjoy seeing gory movies or lots of blood would really hate this movie but surprisingly it wasn't awful, just extremely crazy. If you're bored with nothing better to do or you usually enjoy Japanese gore/horror movies this one won't be too horrible to watch, but don't watch with the expectation of this being centered towards romance or gay relationships, it's only erotic.Vond je deze recentie nuttig?
A Good Watch.
I really enjoyed this movie. I appreciate when actors can convey emotions through their eyes, and Jooyoung and Fan Bingbing did this well. Their chemistry was almost perfect. Although I watched without subtitles, I can understand Korean well enough to follow along. However, I was disappointed that there were no subtitles for the sign language parts. This made it difficult for me to understand those scenes, especially the ending. Even if you can't understand this movie due to language barriers it's a good movie. Honestly, I struggle with liking movies, because I feel they are always lacking something but I liked this movie, it didn't lack anything, I feel like I could see a natural connection forming between the two main characters, and it didn't feel forced at all, it felt very natural. I would say I think this movie was very well done and it would be worth watching at least once.Vond je deze recentie nuttig?
I enjoyed it!
Okay, as someone who doesn't really enjoy Sci-fi genre I actually enjoyed this quite a lot, but it might've been the cult elements. The acting was fantastic from every single character, I can't name one character who stuck out due to poor acting skills and that isn't common to me in dramas. On top of that not a single character left me frustrated at all, I could understand every single one and the actions they chose although Jihyo had me going ???? HUH sometimes due to how dumb of choices she made. Sehee at first slightly bothered me because it seemed like she was trying to sabotage Jihyo but by the end she seemed to prove herself as a friend. I think this could've easily been a gl and it probably would have in another country, like the beginning Bora saying they dated, them moving in together, easily could've been a gl. Only one thing bothered me in this entire drama, it was the ending, it was so blah when the rest of it was quite good. This drama had quite a few familiar faces but they portrayed themselves totally differently. If you want to watch just on it saying the genre is thriller, I wouldn't. There are no aspects of a thriller at all other than if you get a bit scared the lead will get caught doing something, but that's all. Anyways I would definitely recommend this to anyone that likes dramas with cult themes. If you don't like the first three episodes I wouldn't recommend watching anymore.Vond je deze recentie nuttig?
Decent enough.
In the beginning I would've said this drama was amazing, it was suspenseful, you couldn't predict what was gonna happen next, like when I thought I could predict what was gonna happen next I couldn't which is such a good quality in psychological mysteries with suspenseful parts, I like not being able to tell what's gonna happen. Honestly lots of ups and downs. I think each character had their character development like Yeseo for example she's not annoying to me anymore. However I think Jinhee (Suhans mom) didn't have much progression with her character, it just seemed like one day she became nice, I didn't see much from her although I liked her character in the end. Kim Byungchul did an amazing job protraying Cha Minhyeok. I found it hard for most of this drama to empathize or sympathize with Suim, I know she was supposed to be the hero but it seemed like she thought she could never do any wrong and she was an angel and had some sort of victim mentality however towards the end I started liking her again and feeling bad for everything she went through. I think Hyena was an amazing character, I liked how she wasn't afraid of adults or anything I do wish the ending was better for her but that was the whole point of the drama (real life). I feel like the plot fell through the last two or three episodes, it wrapped up way too fast but I wouldn't have liked it to be any longer. The last episode was okay but it seems like everyone suddenly gets along and is happy when a few of them were just mean to each other like 3 episodes ago, it's such a jump that doesn't make any sense at all. Also what was the ending??? I have no idea what the ending means?? I would say though one thing I loved about this drama was how nice some of the styling was, the clothing was so nice especially Yeseos. Honestly it went downhill at the end and it's so long if you watch this I'd just watch till episode 15, don't watch episode 16-20 it's not worth it, it's just pointless drama and a happy ending.Vond je deze recentie nuttig?

Too short!!
Wayyyyyy too short. Needed more to be honest. I loved the plot I just wish the episodes were longer and there were more so we could see in depth their relationship. It seems like they just suddenly like each other, I wish we could've seen them start to fall for each other. Could've been so much more if there were at least 6 more episodes. I enjoyed watching this but way way way too short. Both characters were cute and the acting was good and they both had good chemistry so that's good, just way too short and the ending was bad :(( I wish it wasn't a cliffhanger.Vond je deze recentie nuttig?
Amazing!!!!
Seriously amazing. Outstanding acting. Outstanding cast. I 100% recommend watching this, it's shorter so you can finish it quickly and the plot is so good. I do have to say Rieuls relationship with Ahyi bothers me because it seems like he wants to be with her in a romantic way and she's a minor. Another thing is the plot kind of falls flat at the end because we never really found out what happened to Ildeung, like did he follow in Rieuls footsteps because he started having the symptoms in last episode? It seems like a season 2 should happen and focus around him. Honestly I watched this not knowing it was a musical but I wasn't disappointed. I wish there was a bit more on Ahiyis mom but I get that wasn't the point of the show but it would've made the plot much better. I recommend watching this drama, it definitely will stay in my brain for a long time.Vond je deze recentie nuttig?
Cute.
If you're bored and can't find anything to watch this is good. I usually enjoy web series quite a lot, and this one is no exception. I think Chani is very good at acting, I watched him in Sky Castle too and he was good in that, I'd say he stuck out the most out of everyone in this. The plot wasn't bad at all, for the plot going fast only having 10 episodes with under 20 minutes every episode it seemed very well put together and it didn't seem rushed at all, usually when the time is so short I struggle to fully enjoy because it feels rushed, but this didn't seem rushed at all. I would recommend this as a watch.Vond je deze recentie nuttig?
Really Enjoyed!!
I watched this and thought this would be interesting to watch, and it was. I truly don't think I've ever watched anything even slightly similar to this before. So many emotions were captured in this and the cast was very good at displaying all the emotions of their characters. If you're doubting watching this just from the first few episodes because the FL is annoying, I'd say just watch it, she does have her moments but I do think her character grew as a person and I really could see a lot of character development, not just from her but from every character in this. I think there are cheesy drama stereotypes still in this, but the way they're presented feels very new... I don't think I will ever watch something like this again, I think this drama is one of a kind... I'm glad I watched this, everything was perfect. I especially liked the ending.Vond je deze recentie nuttig?
Potential...
I started this because it looked interesting and I like this type of genre... I was a bit worried though considering many people said it was bad... I didn't really understand why until I got to episode 12... Everything would've gone perfectly I'm not sure why that would be the ending, any other ending would be better than the one that ended up happening. I would've recommended this drama but I really think it started feeling all over the place like the writers were putting whatever into this Drama. I think the acting and casting were done perfectly though, if I have to compliment one thing it'd be that. The acting is very good, the best thing in this entire drama. I think the storyline in the beginning, was perfect, everything about it was my style, I really enjoy this type of genre. I think this had a lot of potential but the weird ending kind of ruined it for me... If you like this type of movie/drama I don't think it's a waste to watch it since it really wasn't bad until the ending.Vond je deze recentie nuttig?
Seen from a Distance, Green Spring

"Our real spring is only now starting"
As someone who didn't read the webtoon this is what I thought. Joon grew very well as a character, probably some of the best development I've seen, I went from hating him and being annoyed to starting to actually like him. The chemistry between the lead couple (Sobin and Joon) would've been better if they broke them up after a few episodes, it just got so repetitive like they weren't really dating and Sobin was third wheeling Joon and Soohyun. The last episode definitely felt like this whole drama was supposed to be a bl. The osts didn't really match the drama at all but I liked the songs. I loved the character development of everyone and how everything got resolved by the end (but me personally I couldn't forgive the things they all did to Sobin so it's a bit unrealistic). It felt like there was a huge plot hole, because what happened with who Soohyun likes?? Was it supposed to be Joon?? Sobin? Mijoo?? I got the vibe at certain points Soohyun liked Sobin but I don't know if thats just because the two actors have good chemistry or what. I think Chanki was a lovely addition to this drama, I was irritated with him at first but he quickly became likeable. If you don't like sad heart wrenching scenes in dramas or don't like crying this drama is good to watch!Vond je deze recentie nuttig?

Heartbreaking.
Cried a lot. I thought maybe people were overreacting but it really just is that sad. If you don't want to cry don't watch this. The story and everything was very good but I wish it could've ended happier. There was so much potential for it to be perfect. The leads were so cute together. Ending was bad due to it being a sad ending, still happy I watched but I'll truly never recover from this, I'm so incredibly sad right now after watching this. If you like cute romance melodramas with horrible sad endings you'll probably like this, I'm still so sad.Vond je deze recentie nuttig?
