This drama showcases the male lead as those typical ones. Though he was smart, handsome and famous; the details around male lead is actually not overblown. No crazy fan girls, not too many admirers and no weird slow motion scenes showcasing a montage of the male lead acting cool.
AS FOR THE FEMALE LEAD:
The female lead is not pathetic, unnecessarily prideful nor is ugly. She's not your typical "gets annoyed by the male lead or annoys the male lead until he falls in love with her" type. Her charms were that she was very simple yet sophisticated and strong, which means she also has her take on things. She is not a pushover nor immature. She handles situations quite well; though imperfect.
This drama is very realistic (except for some of the later conflicts, which by the way, do not actually destroy the story, it just gives you an insight on how "coincidences" are subtle yet powerful in altering the story line).
THIS DRAMA ENDED WELL.
This drama, unlike other Chinese dramas, wrapped up well. I liked the ending so much that I still throb reminiscing the very last few scenes of the drama. I didn't know that a minor detail could possibly end up as a wrapping ribbon of this gift of a drama.
YOU MUST WATCH IT.
It has a satisfying, slow burn feel; yet I managed to finish it in around two days.

Someday or One Day, tells a story in a non-linear fashion, thus making things hazy and confusing, yet still wraps it up with the viewers fully understanding the story. Each second is very special in this drama, it is not draggy, non-predictable and really wholesome. It wraps it up by making each character have their own little conclusion, each persona have their struggles overcame with.
The OST, "Miss You 3000" also connects very well with the story, it is quite uncanny actually, seeing as how it manages to spark up the correct lyrics on the correct scene.
It amazes me how this drama is very tactile, there are just too many details too cover to remember each one, but what I can assure you is, no matter the going; please finish the drama, as you'll never regret it.

One critical problem.
I have a problem with this drama. Look, I loved the concept but one thing that falls apart is the very thing this series is revolving in: Nanno. Nanno is omniscient which makes everything so predictable. The only thing the omniscient Nanno was executed properly was on episode 2 which kind of needed Nanno to be omniscient. But as for everything else, I would have preferred it to have another leading character except for Nanno. Having Nanno makes everything so predictable, and instead of it being a mystery, this seems more like a documentary. Also, there are times that Nanno feels very... odd. She feels very different each episode, very inconsistent. I mean that could be a style, but I would have liked it better if each episode focused on a different girl character but with the same actress. The concept of Nanno is so flawed that I would have wished her to be gone instead. *Sigh*
