Both are feel good law dramas with very little of that evil chaebol/corrupt politician trying to manipulate things from behind the scenes. Both have a nice touch of comedy to balance out some of the seriousness of the cases.

both have a female judge that are tenacious and is quite good at not letting emotions affect judgement. both are set around several cases in a law office.

The leads of the two stories are similar in their own ways, a morally gray male and a strong willed female. They both also has a older male father figure that the female lead butts heads with but ulimately respect each other. They both infuse romance, law, tragedy and comedy into a wonderful series.

Both dramas are dealing with serious social problems (media impact / status of women in society etc.) and dark side of depicted professions (manipulation of medias, dilemmatic court cases).

Although not as romance/comedy forward as The Law Cafe, Miss Hammurabi has very similar themes and tone, but from the perspective of judges in court. They both deal with the "human" aspects of the law, showing short stories of tradegy, ending with snippets of hope, as we see people working together to help make the victim's lives better. I dont remember the exact quote from Law Cafe, but something along the lines of "people who help where the law can't, filling in the gaps" While the shows both have strong legal themes, we see stories of human nature, kindness, and hope. I started each episode of these two shows fully expecting to cry at least once, and leave feeling a little bit better about the world.

In both dramas there is a very uncontroversial female judge that is bras, outspoken and following her own rule of justice. While Judge of Hell is also focusing on a supernatural aspect ,that Miss Hammurabi is not, they are still quite similar in terms of theme, characters and feeling.

This isn't a medical drama, but it felt somewhat similar. They both have abuse in the workplace, corruption and growth of characters (especially the male lead in both drama). As well a caring and nice female lead who stands out.

I know that at first glance both of these dramas seem very different begining from me main place where both stories develop, one is in the judges court and the other is in a hospital, but they both gave me the same type of feel. In both series there is an older main character that supports the two main characters in their growth. Also the older characters go against many people for what is right and end up changing the male lead´s point of view in many things. There is also romance involved but its not the main point in the series. In overall I loved both dramas and would recomer either if you want a show you can enjoy

-Both have strong female leads who can throw a punch, and lets no one boss them around.
- Both have a love story where male falls in love first, and both leads are lawyers/judges with their SO working with them.
- In Lawless attorney, both leads are attempting to overthrow a corrupt legal system. In Miss Hammurabi, they challenge traditional ideas of punishment (and of women), and try to prevent people of power influencing law and justice.
-Both fight for the small people, in a seemingly impossible fight
- Lawless Attourney I feel is darker in tone, yet Miss Hammurabi captures how hard it is to work as a judge, sentencing only through law and seeing depressing stories on a daily basis.
-The female leads in both dramas have dark pasts. Both have happy endings

I’m sorry if I included too much about the dramas in here. Also I’m sorry if you don’t like both dramas...but that’s life and they're my favourite law dramas so have to recommend...

Lawyers/courtroom drama. Main character with strong sense of justice. Both are kdramas, however MH has more of a "plot of the week" structure and Confession is very connected to a single story.

Male lead falls in love with female lead in school age and is "devoted" to her since then.
Female lead plays an instrument.
Shy/reserved leads, slow burn romance.
