Slow burn romance. Female lead that always stands for justice. Both shows are slow paced romance in work place while Miss Hammurabi the are judges in Into the Ring they are public servants. Cute male leads that support female leads!!!
Strong female lead, the romance setting is quite the same - surrounded by working in the law field. I just get the same vibe from these two shows.
Strong Female Leads in the Court Room!
• Both dramas feature a female character with a main role in the judicial system on a mission to affect change, while doing the absolute best job that they can!
• Both dramas also feature a timid male character that falls for our female lead, while also supporting her endeavors and making changes in their own outlook on life.
• Both dramas present playful, yet serious and occasionally heart-wrenching cases that are pure tear-jerkers

MTF really didn't have any recommended drama until the day I write this rec. I believe that because it is a very peculiar drama with a very specific theme, approaching the real estate market and it's real meaning. Even because it has a dense plot I think that few ppl could finished it. What doesn't happen in Miss Hammurabi, a legal drama, which is shorter and more fluid.
For me, the similarity between them is the relationship between the characters of both shows. The protagonist couples are co-workers who learn to face the challenges of their work field. There is criticism of society in both. Another similar point is the male protagonists, who changeg their perspectives because of the FL's, who cannot accept injustices. They fall in love with FL and, despite being rejected at first, they remain by their side giving all support and eventually their feelings are reciprocated.

This drama seriously reminds me of Misaeng. The overall premise is the struggles of different office workers. There is also this at first misunderstood team chief (head judge of their department) who has tough time feeding and worrying about his family bc his character doesn't allow him to be promoted. He always scolds his hoobaes which gives him the image that he doesn't care, but he does a lot. The girl is a little different bc in this drama she is very confident from the start on, but both female characters have to fight female descrimination. Myung Soos character eventhough youd think he is the opposite of Ge Rae, still resembles him very much. Other judges don't like him and he continuously searches for the best way, the most right way while questioning his own thinking too. There is also this co worker who is all fun and socialable and you think he has no problems in life when in reality he struggles too but always works hard to lift up the mood of the group.
Both have court room Drama.
Both shows have a procedural formula for Legal Cases with an overaching main plot.
Both shows have social commentary and they point out/deal with societal flaws and stereotypes.
Both shows are more focused on the courtroom stories and legal cases instead of romance.
Where it differs is that One Dollar Lawyer has sattire, eccentric lead and a more comedic tone while Miss Hammurabi has a more serious undertone centered on character development.
