Both are about closeted otakus and their struggles to hide it in daily life. Tokusatsu Gagaga's main story focused on young office lady who is an avid Tokusatsu fan, meanwhile Ojisan wa Kawaii Mono ga Osuki had 3 middle-aged men and a young boy who love cute things.

both pf them are Japanese and give a fairly similar vibe .They both talk about different otakus and how they live their lives finding friendship and bonding with people who like the same things as them.

Remind me of this movie played by Yamazaki Kento & Takahata Mitsuki about otaku aka nerd both slowly in love and face many hardships & difficulties together.

If you love Tokusatsu Gagaga, you're going to love Jossy. Gagaga is about a female working adult who is secretly an Otaku that is obsessed with Super Sentai. Jossy is about a group of female working adults who are chosen to be Super Sentai themselves! Both have mix of comedy and realism, like a slice of life look into what it's like be a superhero while juggling your work!

Both features a slice of life drama about a female lead who is an office worker with a hobby that shapes them into who they are as a working adult. Gagaga is about an Otaku who loves Super Sentai while Ryosangata is about an Otaku who loves model kits!

Dramas about grown women with interest that seems trivial and unseemly to most people. In Tokusatsu Gagaga the main character is a great fan of tokusatsu shows, while in Kuragehime the female lead is a jellyfish nerd.

Similar tale of an Otaku female lead who finds other like minded individuals and forming her own group to do fun activities together. While Tokusatsu is about Otakus who are into Tokusatsu and Idols, Yuru Camp is about Otakus who are into food and camping. Similar vibes and humour.

Someday is about four different people's story about love.
Hana Yamaguchi was a successful young cartoonist in Japan. Abandoned by her parents and brought up by her grandma, she was cold and aloof and did not believe in love which to her was only a simple biological response. When the elderly neighbourhood street sweeper died, she discovered the affection between him and her neighbour which lasted 60 years. Hana could not understand this kind of love, so she decided to trace her neighbour's footstep to Korea when she disappeared with her lover's ashes.
Go Jin Pyo was a doctor who was a comic book fan of Hana. He was overjoyed in meeting Hana and believed that he was in love for the first time in his life. He decided to help Hana in fulfilling her wish to look for her neighbour and enlisted the help of a private eye, Lee Seok Man.Lee was the sole survivor of a car accident whereby his parents and brother were killed. He carried a lot of guilt towards the parents of the other victim and did his best to help out even at the expense of owing money to the loan sharks.
Hye Young was a PD of animation projects and a close friend of Jin Pyo. she didn't realize that she was in love with him till Hana appeared.
In bringing her neighbour's love story to fruition and published in print, the process changed the lives and outlook on love for these four people.

Remind me of this movie played by Nakamura Tomoya & Yoshioka Riho about animation industry between anime producer & director both is a rival but slowly in love and face many hardships & difficulties together.

Kanoko Tsukishiro is a 26 year old woman who's never been in love. She works in the editorial department. Saku Kagaya is a popular novelist who can not love. Somehow, they end up falling in love with each other.

Both are shows about sentai otaku. Only Akibaranger is more exaggerated and played for comedy while Tokusatsu Gagaga is more realistic and slice of life.

FL is a fujoshi/geeky aka a big fan of BL love story & fantasize BL in daily life & is 1 of her hobby. ML is a normal college student but fell in love with FL even though she already told him she's a fujoshi/geeky.

The plot of both the dramas are the same. Highly efficient no-nonsense office worker having a hidden passion for something/someone which contradicts her professional image.

ML is an actor but not too popular anymore & broke so he rent a room in FL house.
FL is a nerdy geeky/otaku girl who like to imagine & day dreaming about romance with her favorite manga/comic book character. Remind me of Rainie Yang & Jiro Wang drama....& still 1 of my favorite drama....If you like this genre this is a must watch romance comedy drama....
