Esta es la primera vez que no puedo soportar mas las ganas de venir a dar una review sin haber terminado de ver el kdrama pero loco, QUE FAMILIA DE MIERDA dios NADIE dentro de la familia de JooKyung se salva de ser una puta basura, nadie ahi parece una persona meramente descente que se preocupe por algo mas que no sea su propio ano, ven que JooKyung esta literalmente HECHA MIERDA y se lo pasan por el centro del culo loco a nadie le importa si la piba se muere o algo son una puta mierda que imagina que tanto me cagan como para venir aca a reseñar esto SIN TERMINAR EL DRAMA, que mira dudo si después cambia alguno de esos mononeuronales igual los voy a seguir odiando, si ni al de BJ Alex le perdone sus cagadas aunque "cambio" el trozo de mierda ese mucho menos a toda esta familia de ineptos superficiales de mierda son la definicion de todo lo malo y ese pais ojala se murieran que JooKyung estaria mejor sin esa bola de inoperantes es que solo SeoJoon parece tener algo de suerte en cuanto a familia y ojala no me lo caguen luego que parece ser el unico al que la familia no lo vive cagando a palos, encima si tenia algo bueno que decir pero me emputo tanto la familia de mierda de JooKyung que ya ni me acuerdo que cosas eran.Como esta pag trola no me deja hacer otra reseña vengo a decirlo lo que queria poner en otra reseña aca

Increíble todo el material para bl que había entre Sooho y SeoJoon es que estoy en shock, realmente siento que si su amigo no moría esto perfectamente pudo ser un BL en donde ellos son la pareja mas linda de todas mientras que el amigo era como el hijito de ambos. Igual es increíble como una vez que analizas esta serie te das cuenta que le falto un asesinato y una pareja homosexual para haber tenido de todo, yo no se como hicieron para meter tantas cosas en una sola serie.
No me importa que la vieja de la prota se haya disculpado, para mi sigue siendo una puta mierda de madre y no tengo ganas de argumentar ya nada mas que increible la cantidad de cosas que metieron aca.

Easy to watch, a lovely story!
For the people who LOVE silly but really funny dramas! At the same time they talk about romances in a high school ambient, you can see pertinent topics like bullying and problems with self steem in a casual way. Althought not all the characters are amazing actors, Cha Eun Woo being one of the protagonists makes everything look better!! If I can give a advice would be: Give a chance to True Beauty!!!! It completely worth my time, I got completely stuck watching it and would absolutely watch it again!Vond je deze recentie nuttig?

Ta drama to autentycznie dno i wodorosty. Koreańska kalka słodziutkich japońskich historyjek z mang. Drama o twarzach? tych ładnych i tych brzydkich.Nie ma tu praktycznie nic wartego obejrzenia poza przystojnymi buźkami Cha Eun Woo albo Hwang In Yeopa.
Zero jakiegoś długotrwałęgo wątku. Z opisu się dowiecie że (L)Im Joo Kyung ma problemy z cerą które skrzętnie chowa przed makijażem i dlatego chowa się przed bullyingiem. Jak już wjedziecie w pierwsze epizody to zgodzicie się że problem się rozwiązał po nałożeniu perfekcyjnego makijażu i poznaniu kilku sympatycznych ludzi. Dalej już z automatu dzieje się dramowa próżnia wypełniana prostaczymi problemami + syndrome second lead tak baaaaaardzo boli. Nawet mnie zabolało :( HIY ja cię biorę wszędzie w ciemno.
Jestem zdumiona że ta drama swojego czasu tak pionierowała gdzieś w rankingach oglądalności, ale macie dowód że piękna twarz aktora to cudowny patent.

I absolutely love this show and I'm only on episode 2!!
It looks low budget at times, and the acting isn't the best, but somehow I'm absolutely hooked! I MEAN, AND CHA EUNWOO IS IN THISS!! YKNOW? THE GUY FROM ASTRO!!I'm only on episode 2, but I'm absolutely hooked! I want to binge watch it all ❤️ I soooo reccomend it to people who can relate to Ju-Bal 🥰
It's that cheesy and ironically good kind of show, I thought I wouldn't like it but it's actually quite funny! Also, another note, the visuals like the school, and the camera work is GORGEOUS!

Achei muito importante o assunto tratado no drama (bullying, padrão de beleza, suicídio, problemas familiares, saúde mental, etc), que é um assunto importante e que não é tão tratado nos dramas, principalmente em dramas escolares, e misturar com comédia, o que deixa ele ainda melhor!Não sei o motivo para que muitos não gostam de True Beauty, mas acredito que seja pela escolha final da protagonista em relação ao triângulo amoroso. Eu sempre fui time Suho, mas não posso dizer que fiquei feliz com o final, chorei e fiquei com muita pena do Seojun, mesmo ele sendo um bad boy, ainda tinha um coração mole, e sentimentos (inclusive achava fofíssimo o jeito em que ele tratava a prota, até gostava mais do jeito dele do que de Suho), pode ser bem aleatório, ficaria satisfeita se Seojun e Soojin ficassem juntos, mesmo sendo quase impossível; os dois estavam na mesma situação de rejeitação, acho que poderia dar um bom casal, os dois se ajudando a superar os antigos amores.
De modo geral, True Beauty é um kdrama espetacular, e sem dúvidas, um dos meus favoritos do ano de 2021, adorei tudo nele! Osts viciantes, casais bons (tanto o principal quanto os secundários), uma história boa e viciante. Chorei, ri, gritei e sorri muito assistindo ele! Mesmo sendo difícil de encontrar grátis e legendado, valeu MUITO a pena todo o tempo em que assisti ele, uma ótima recomendação, principalmente para os novatos na dramaland!

I was searching for a drama on YouTube when my friend suggested this one, and I just watched the first episode. Oh my god, it was incredible, especially the second hero, who was so adorable that I wished he would be my future husband. The main character, however, was very attractive, but I am not interested in him. My love for Korean dramas was ignited by this one. I wish there was a season 2 of this drama because it taught me a valuable lesson about not giving up and not hiding from people.Anybody interested in a love story should watch this drama. Korean dramas are the greatest.

Absolutely adored this series! At first I was a bit unsure about it because there were scenes that cringed me out, but as I kept watching I became invested in the storyline, mainly because of the acting and I related to some of the characters in a way. I will never forget the times I laughed, cried, and squealed throughout this drama, this is definitely is one of my new favourites! It might not be the series for everyone if you don't like friendship to lovers tropes, cheesy pick up lines, but if you love series with a bit of romance and comedy and you can mind the tropes and pickup lines I would 100% recommend this! The chemistry the main actors have also is incredible, I shipped so many people together because they a lot of them seemed to work together (Mainly Ju Kyung with Soo Hoo and Kang Soo Jin and Soo Hoo and Han Seo Jun), I didn't really ship Han Seo Jun and Ju Kyung that much like most people because I felt like their chemistry wasn't as good as Soo Hoo and Ju Kyung's like the hugs around the last few episodes from Han Seo Jun and Ju Kyung were a bit awkward in my opinion and I didn't like how Soo Hoo came back from the USA and tried to get with Ju Kyung again like he didn't just break up with her over the phone but other then that I really liked the story and the character development with some of the characters such as Ju Kyung and Kang Soo Jin, I loved the part where Ju Kyung decided to be brave and become more comfortable not hiding her relationship and mask of makeup and Kang Soo Jin realised how wrong and messed up she is for what she did to Ju Kyung and went out of her way to protect Ju Kyung and find where she worked to apologise in person. A cliche but I enjoyed it!
I totally get why some people didn't enjoy this show. The plot had a lot of overused tropes like love triangles, bad boy falls in love with the nice girl, etc.But nonetheless I still really enjoyed this drama, the comedy in it was good as well! At least to me lmao. Almost every episode was hilarious to me. I really liked the bromance between the main lead and the second lead, and their friendship with their friend who passed away. I appreciate and respect that they shed light on important topics such as suicide, grief, school bullying, and beauty standards in this series. The last episode really moved me, and I was sobbing my eyes out.
i didn't like the webtoon and dropped it, but I think the kdrama gave it justice. I feel like a lot of people didn't like this drama because of the webtoon. If a series moves me and makes me feel emotional then it was great, but everyone's experience is different. One thing I don't like about this series is how they used a trope that I hate, which is when the second female lead is being treated with less love compared to the second male lead. It's a huge trope that female second leads are vain and cruel, unlike their male counterparts who are loved. Kang Soo-Jin had a lot of potential so I'm glad she got a little redemption in the end, although I couldn't forget about her actions and how it caused pain to everyone she loves. I still love her though; I just wish she was written in a better way. Nonetheless I managed to look passed this trope, because I treated this show as a fun little drama that I watched to distract me from school lol.
The OST is also really great it ranges from fun to emotional depending on the plotline and I enjoyed them all!
Anyways just because I liked it, doesn't mean you will! So, if you can't look passed the cliche love story and tropes in this series then this kdrama isn't for you, but if you want to watch a kdrama that might give you a boost of serotonin then I suggest giving this a chance :)
In the meantime, I'm just going to go cry over my boy Han Seo-Jun

Debunking Korean Beauty Standards
I like that this show is based on a webtoon that tries to make the female lead more relatable to watchers. We always get gorgeous female leads and unattainable beauty standards that come with it. It's an 8 because I wished they have centered more in a journey of self love instead of a love triangle.Speaking of love triangles I wished they had given more development to one of the characters in this sense, and also why no one ever talks about weight issues or eating disorders that the Korean population has? It would have been an interesting arc.
It's a good binge watch.

Comfort Drama!!
My obsession of the moment!! The drama is great and very interesting, it is a pleasant and light drama that is very entertaining. The performances are great and leave nothing to be desired, highlighting the performance of Park Yoo-Na who did an excellent job as the antagonist, her entire arc is very interesting and carries the drama for a few episodes. Something to highlight are also the comical moments of the drama that make everything much more comfortable and cozy, the one who dominates the humor in the drama is the protagonist's sister and her romance. I don't even need to say anything about the main couple, I live for them, They have a lot of chemistry and they rocked it at all times, I would watch 20 more episodes just to see more of both of them.
