OGURI SHUN a great Japanese actor is in both dramas. The thrilling part is the gap differences between the characters, plot, story line, and more. Please try it out and enjoy

Both dramas are about ambitious, talented entrepreneurial men in Tokyo and the issues surrounding their personal struggles and love lives.

Both Rich and Poor involved.
- Rich Man, Poor Woman is Japanese drama. A Business Proposal is South Korean drama.
- Smart CEOs as MLs
- Poor but hardworking FLs

Both involves the rich and the poor... but it's not just about being rich or poor, it's also about the choices people (the characters) make and weather the outcome will be a good one that makes them happy, or a bad one that makes them suffer.

Not exactly the same but have similar themes. Rich man, poor woman har a more light hearted tone whereas Start-up is more serious and is not as fluffy.
Similar themes:
- love triangle
- start-up

Rich Men and a poor women. One talks more about the fancy lifestyles about the rich than the other but both main leads are peculiar and have interesting personalities. The second lead tends to have some air of mystery, but are good guys in the end. Second female lead in rich man poor woman is similar to one of the girls that become interested in Jun Pyo as well.

there are much of similarities between both drama.. when i was watching suki koto, couple of times i was like literally screaming "gosh, that's so RMPW!!" The pace and tension are different, suki koto has more sweet moments, whereas RMPW has more comedy in it. Both are about summer romance. highly recommended!

Simplest way to say it is that they both a rich men/man and a poor woman. Their lives are changed by eachothers impact!

without spoilers,
- basically same plot but Chinese version with some twist
- introverted cold CEO
-the female lead poor
-smart CEO
- The strong but emotional female lead
- if I go on I'll spoil it

Rich arrogant guy who always gets his way vs. Headstrong stubborn common woman who stands up for herself. Both are good romantic stories and both have really handsome lead actors (RMPW - Shun Oguri and HapiMari- Dean Fujioka!!)

Office romance comedy focusing on older FL called Anego aka older sister in the office coz she is like a big sister to her coworkers & giving them advice in many things. She takes care of everything in the office & a newbie younger ML who start to work in the company. I don't mind watching younger ML & older FL drama/movie.
