i love this drama and all but it takes to long to upload a episode. FOR EXAMPLE it said that ep 17-22 will be uploaded on july 1 but its july 2 now and i cant sleep anymore i need the episodes to come out fasttttttt. Everyone please go watch this drama! It’s literally sooo goood. I’ve never been so excited for a drama. Ever since i saw the trailer a couple months ago i’ve been so excited to watch it. I love every episode that’s out so far. I’m so excited to see them become a couple and see cheng smile more now !! I literally cant stop listening to their song that the sang together. E-Sport Romance
I have read the novel of this drama and know what to expect. So far, this drama successfully portrayed the novel for me. It may be more tamed and had some changes but it added more real life moments like parents visiting the workplace.This is a perfect show to start knowing professional gaming dramas where characters really play and duel for national competitions. This is a mixed of esports and romance. The female lead in the novel was supposed to be 19 years old, that's why please bear in mind that sometimes she act immature. Nonetheless, she's a good female player. I like that she's really good and deserves her spot in the team.
In terms of casting, I feel like they perfectly selected them, Xu Kai and Cheng Xiao as the lead. Cheng Xiao might not be as good as Xu Kai in terms of acting, but her overall demeanor just screams "Tong Yao" for me.
The music is well matched so far. I know they have lots of songs for this drama with different Cpop artists like Angela, Chen Zhouxuan, WayV, Chinese members of Seventeen, etc..
I am a sucker for Romance. This drama may not be good for others, but for me, it's more than enough. I like the combination of Esports and Romance.

I didn't intend to watch this show because the sinopsis was not very appealing to me, but after seeing so many positive reviews I decided to give this show a chance, but wow the regret I have now.From the start this show was very tedious, it was a chore just to get to episode 8. The plot is the most boring I've seen in a while and a lot of the things that happen feel overdramatic and blown out of proportion, what makes it hard to take the story seriously since everything that happens is so childish.
As someone who plays games (inclusing MOBAs like the one featured here) I can tell that the gaming and e-sports plot was just very weak. Besides, a lot of the times they showed the characters playing they were just awful. How am I supposed to believe these people are pros when they play like someone who has no basic notion of the game? Nevertheless, I still tried to give this drama a chance since everyone talked abut how great the romance and the leading couple are, but I was, once again, disappointed.
The leads had no chemistry together, and while I enjoy a couple with a teasing/bickering dynamic, they didn't do a good job in convincing me they could be in love. They don't actually bond over anything, they just argue a lot and suddenly they're falling for each other.
The acting here is also very subpar, only part of the supporting cast has a decent portrayal. While I feel that the ML at least tries, though, the actress of the FL was a disaster. It was almost painful to watch her acting, she had the emotional range of a lettuce, which in turn made it seem like her character had no personality at all. The only character trait I could notice from her is that she's immature and that's it.
There were one or two funny lines here and there and I kinda liked when they animated the games because one: at least there they didn't show the stupid plays they made and two: MOBA games can be a bit confusing to watch, specially for someone who never played one before, so the animation simplifies it to the general public. Also, even though I didn't care much about the leads, I gotta say the show shines the brightest when there's a scene between them, even if it's because every other aspect about the drama is seriously lacking.
Overall, I definitely wouldn't recommend this neither to rom-com fans, nor to any e-sports or MOBA fan/player.

' Falling into your smile' is based on e-sport , it shows how impactful gaming is , every character gave their passion and dedication in games they played . Like if we are so must intrested in something we love to do , we give our best till the end to success. But without parents support with their positive words we don't find happiness , it's like sumthing that is lacking in our life. So , no matter what job or salary or whatever it is every parents should understand and let their Children do what they like and support with positive words. This can bring a good relationship between them. This drama is so good that everyone should watch . The romance👩❤️👨 between chessman and smiling is so cute😘, they act so well👏👍 , best actor and actress should be given to them🏆. Moved out from K dramas to watch something new and then got to know about this fascinating drama especially for all game lovers out there , the thing that attracted me the most is the equation between the character and make people know that girls can also be the professional e-sports player. The story lines seems so realistic and that fascinate me the most while watching its trailer . I loved the bubbly character of female protagonist as well her attitude towards her goal and of course if female lead is bubbly then there will be fierce ,rude but caring handsome male lead. This story also says about the fans and anti-fans and the pressure or problems faced by professional player to maintain both their personal and professional status and their tactics to overcome all difficulties and win for the nation. this drama includes all the things like: friendship, relationship, hatred , comedy, players, etc. So that's why I will highly recommend to watch this drama as a first or ongoing C drama. Xu Kai's first modern drama
I guess this would be the most awaited drama for me this year. Being the first modern drama Xu Kai ever acted, I was thrilled to watch it. As I watched some of the episodes I just can't get enough of it the whole cast is mind blowing, as well as the ost. The plot is kind of interesting as it focuses on women eSport players as well as it also focuses on love interest. Xu has done a great work along with Cheng Xiao to portray the character of a capable team leader. Though the drama is based on gaming as most of the drama these days but it has a different essence in it, with a proper cast , costumes, dialogues, sets. All in all its a drama worth watching. Being a drama based on games the drama also has surprises for the viewers as for the gaming part was a highlight with proper animation and AI technology , sometimes it really feels like you are watching an anime , well that was a plus point for me. I am currently enjoying the drama and really excited to watch the upcoming episodes and the romance between Xu kai and Cheng Xiao. MUST WATCH DRAMA!
This feedback is just for the episodes 1-16, since it is the only episodes that is available in my country for now, and the other episodes are still not yet released...I don't know in china, but what I know is there is still no eng sub, if ever it is already released there.This drama is actually my most awaiting c-dramas already for months, and I've been really excited to watch this, since it is Cheng Xiao and Xu Kai. I first only excited to watch this bcs of cheng xiao, because I know her as an idol at first then an actress, even though this is my first drama of her. Later on, I also get to know xu kai as I watched one of his dramas, and know him for other dramas that I haven't watched yet. I also know some of the characters here before, but I didn't actually know it until I've already watched its first episode. I can see that the character setup here are all good looking and also portraying different roles that makes them attractive, even the support characters bcs they fit in their role.
The plot of the story is just simple but yet fun to watch bcs you can actually learn lessons here, at the same time feel different emotions. You will be able to laugh, sad, angry and excited. I know I have more eps awaiting for me, and I'm looking forward to those eps, bcs probably, they would be more exciting. They also added some things about gaming that I haven't seen before in the drama gamings I have watched.
The ost is also absolutely not my expectation nor I expect or think something about it...it actually bring me more excitement, because the singers that I've been idolizing, since I'm also a k-pop fan, participate in singing the ost in this drama, and those are SEVENTEEN and WAYV, my favorite groups, and I really love their music so I don't doubt what music they brought in this drama. Also, Cheng Xiao and Xu Kai singing one of the ost gives me so much romantic excitement and butterflies in my stomach. Zhai Xiaowen also gives the vibe of music for this gaming drama as he also plays a character role here that is really exciting to here while he is playing here, right?
For overall, I will rate this drama perfectly, bcs it gives me so much fun in every eps I watched that I will just smile or laugh the whole ep. I hope you also support and love this drama, so I highly suggest for you to watch this drama already! Don't miss it, even if it's story is not that deep, but you can see how fun to watch this drama is.

it is not worth to watch if you really analyze the storyine
•the main leading woman's character is too transparent, I don't like the way that it's too obvious that she really like Cheng
•they didn't totally justify the GAMING/E-SPORTS Genre.
• the storyline is too cliche
• i don't see any chemistry between the female lead and male lead.
• the male lead's acting is wholesome and tbh she really deserves a much better female lead and I hope I can see him in a drama with yang mi, yang zi, Eleanor lee, rounan
• but if you are the type of person that really like these very cutesy and modern drama then it's the one that you must watch

Could have been good
I have not yet finished this drama but I could tell you all that it would take me a long long time to finish this unless I just fast forward every scene the FL is in which is not ideal. I don't mind the plot at all. What kills it for me is the FL. By far, the WORST actress I have ever seen in a show or movie. She does not have any emotion at all. It's almost like she is trying too hard to look cute in ALL SCENES. The drunken scene in early ep was really really bad. Majority of the time,she looks like this :O (pouty mouth, eyes look like she has no idea wtf is going on). She cannot even fake feeling excited or tired. I can't feel her anger or sadness.I am watching the show along with Bridgerton (Netflix) and Business Proposal ,the acting from this show is the weakest which is sad because this show is supposed to be the MOST EXCITING show with all the gaming and competition but even when they win a game or she wins a match, you simply don't share the excitement.

This drama was not for me.
Xu Kai has a drama coming out with Yang Mi. I started this drama so I may fall for him, so that when I see him with YM, I'll like him more.Worst. Decision. Ever.
I've been seriously watching dramas for 2 years now and I know what I like and what I do not like.... And I don't like this drama.
From the acting, to the story to the music, absolutely nothing is memorable or entertaining enought to continue watching.
The only e-sports related drama I ever watched was Go Go Squid and if it weren't for Yang Zi and Li Xian's beautifully adorable (although ridiculously frustrating) romance, then I would not have finished it. Also, the way the e-sports storyline was written was so brilliant and captivating that I rooted for them in every competition they had. I don't have those feelings for FIYS. I don't care about the romance or the e-sports and from the 8 episodes I've watched, that's all there is to it. It ticks off many of my favourite cliches and tropes from dramas and executes them poorly.
Then there's the lackluster chemistry between Xu Kai and Cheng Xiao. I just roll my eyes at everything they do together. Sometimes cliche Main Leads that are written in this way can capture the audience and make us love them and everything they do, but it takes the skill of the actor and the production and editing crew to bring them to life on-screen. XK and CX's characters have no life. Although XK is trying his best, he is only as good as his co-star. I know nothing about CX nor have I seen her other works and this drama was really not the way to start things off. I remember her only having three facial expressions the entire 8 episodes.
The script didn't help at all, either. I skipped through most of the dialogue because I knew what they were going to say. I have no issues with tropey dramas. I sometimes love them. However, this drama was nothing but poorly executed tropes.
Then there's the side characters who aren't memorable either. If I can't watch the drama for the mains, I should at least be left with a supporting cast that would make me reconsider continuing the drama.....in FIYS, there is no such supporting cast. I kind of liked CX's ex in the drama. Whenever they showed the flashbacks to their relationship, those moments were sweet and natural. Much better than whatever was going in with CX and XK's characters. If I'd been the screenwriter, I would have written the ex as less sexist to women in e-sports, gotten him and CX back together, then XK would have ended up with his old teammate from South Korea. Ever if CX didn't end up with anyone and just achieved greater things in the e-sports world, that would have been a good ending too.
I'm not in the business of watching something I don't like at all.
If you're a fan of any of the cast, this is a very subjective opinion on FIYS and their acting. Maybe if watch their other dramas/movies, I'll begin to like them, but FIYS was the worst decision I ever made in terms of being introduced to XK. I'll just wait for She and Her Perfect Husband to be released, just incase I do more damage than good.
