Acredito que realmente não tem jeito de terminar esse drama sem ter derramado algumas lágrimas, não da nem pra descrever o tanto que essa história é bonita, trágica e bem contada.A caracterização dos personagens + a atuação dos próprios atores foi um dos pontos altos pra mim, nós vemos eles ali e conseguimos nos colocar na pele deles, mas isso não impede de sentirmos raiva e angústia pelo rumo das coisas, e ao meu ver esse é exatamente um dos critérios mais importantes em uma obra, é quantas emoções diferentes ela consegue invocar no telespectador, e Weak Hero faz isso sem dificuldade nenhuma, quero ainda chamar atenção especificamente pra atuação do nosso protagonista, a quantidade de emoções que o mesmo consegue passar só através dos olhos e da postura dele é ABSURDA, é o tipo de comportamento que dá gosto de ver em um personagem que é mais calado, mais fechado, assim ele nem precisa falar para sabermos o que esta passando na cabeça dele, nós simplesmente conseguimos SENTIR através da performance dele.
Enfim, eu bato palmas pros escritores, roteiristas, e pra direção de arte também, tem várias cenas visualmente lindas de se ver e que devem ser apreciadas da melhor forma possível, com certeza foi um dos dramas do ano na época em que foi lançado!

Not for the faint of heart
??? When I tell you I nearly got a heart attack every time our ML went berserk, it was done so cleverly that it was ultra believable. My heart was pumping so hard and I was panicking so hard in my native tongue.My eyes started to well up when Soo Ho went down. He so didn't deserve what he got, he was only trying to be helpful and looking out for his friends.
After Beom Seok almost killed a person I was glad that he got beaten up by the assemblyman even though I was sad about it before s*** hit the fan. Also, are those beatings even a solution, he got used to it anyways, which begs the questions are beatings even an effective way of getting a revenge against him.
In the end I have a confession to make, I didn't watch all of the episodes completely, I skipped through our guys getting the raw end of the deal it was just way too intense for me, hence the title of this review. For the people who don't get too invested in the characters you should have no problem watching this all the way through but I just couldn't handle the emotional wreckage.
This was only 8x45min episodes it would be so much harder to bear if it were the full Korean format.

Creo que es un buen cambio para los actore...
Sin duda recomiendo esta serie, es muy buena y además que la química de todo el cast es muy notoria, sinceramente considero que vale la pena además de que fue muy buena idea soltar todos los capítulos de una, prefiero eso a estar esperando semanas, la trama es muy buena y en lo personal espero una segunda parte, pero con final felíz por qué aunque si me gustó que en la primera parte no se un cliché, ahora esperaría lo contrario para los Protas que son muy buenos actores por cierto, los amo J & HVond je deze recentie nuttig?

Was not expecting this to go the way it did
I had know knowledge of the story this is based on, so I went into this 100% blind. When I started this, I was so into it and thought it was going to be one of those found family sort of tropes. And that's exactly what I got in the first 4 episodes. The first 4 episodes lulled me into a sense of comfort and I really enjoyed seeing the friendships build in between all the violence.Then the last 4 episodes happened, and completely shattered that sense of comfort and my heart right along with it. Everything the first 4 episodes gave me was taken away by the last 4 episodes. It was heartbreaking seeing how quick Beomseok changed into a completely different person. And the result of that was absolutely devastating. This show was a huge rollercoaster, and I loved every second of it. (I have a thing for shows that make me sad and break my heart, and this did a great job of that)
I don't know if the next season will appeal to me as much with all new characters, but I know it follows the source material a bit more, since this was just a flashback to lead into the actual story.

Um drama que realmente me surpreendeu! Comecei achando que seria um dorama básico e me surpreendi, desde a história até a atuação do elenco (não entendo porque não teve mais divulgação). A princípio parece um "clichê" de ensino médio, mas tem uma reviravolta surpreendente! Reflexivo, impactante, surpreendente...são inúmeros os adjetivos positivos para a série! Os meninos arrasaram nas atuações, tanto "mocinhos" quanto "vilões". Vai mexer com o seu emocional sim, vai te trazer lembranças tristes e vai te fazer chorar com certeza! De uma força surpreendente, o título não faz juz ao herói que é, na verdade, o mais forte de todos. Não é um romance, envolve violência, bullyng , baixa autoestima, dramas familiares, inseguranças emocionais...mas vale muito a pena!Vond je deze recentie nuttig?
Upsetting but perfect ending
The series is well done almost on every aspect, great acting, good story, fantastic action and most important a perfect and reasonable ending, maybe most people won't be satisfied with the ending because they used to the happy endings which is on my opinion can destroy a perfect story, so all respects to the director and writer for going for what the story needs and not what people want.Vond je deze recentie nuttig?

GOSH! Let me heave a sigh first because I have been holding them while watching this drama!My scoring towards this drama is mostly driven by how the main character unleashes my hidden emotion. Yeon Sieun is not just having anger issues, I think he's a little bit insane in the head. The pacing for this drama is really good, it matches how Sieun thinks and the uneasiness in between it. Also, the action performed by Suho is really satisfying. And also, would like to give kudos to the character development of Bumseok. If someone asks me what are the titles of drama genres that I love, I'll add Weak Hero Class 1 after Extracuriccular on the list! Can't wait for the next season.

this one is brutal at times and makes you really feel uncomfortable in certain situations and that comes from the actors, especially jihoon, who put an incredible performance. this drama made me feel a mix of emotions - warm, sad, angry, stressed. it really grabs alm the attentio and i binged the last 4 episodes. i was a mess at the end because the last 2 episodes made me cry so much. the characters made me have a soft spot for them - sieun and suho will always have a special place in my heart. i can’t wait for next season!!Vond je deze recentie nuttig?

A Kick*ss Drama
WEAK CLASS HERO (Weak Hero Class 1) despite its corny name, was a pretty baller Kdrama. I went into this one not really expecting a whole lot, keeping my mind open, but ended up deeply intrigued.This was a pretty cool kdrama. The series is in the action / thriller genre and was very exciting! The characters and story make this series a very compelling and memorable one.

If u haven't watched this yet, you gotta watch it.
This is one of the most remarkable series i've ever watched.The main character doing all that for his friend Soo ho and Beom Seok is what real friendship means.
Beom Seok being a traitor is really shitty after all they did for him.
There are alot of fights and blood so it's not recommanded for those who don't like blood, but overall it's a really good kdrama.
This is a 10/10 rated kdrama and you gotta watch this if u love revenge, friendship, action, and hope.
