Holy crap this drama is raw and dark in the most beautiful way possible. I'm so happy this drama has the popularity it does because it completely breaks the boundries of what a kdrama is. Show casing the realities of bullying in Korea as well as mental health and just overall the CHARACTERS are so fleshed out and so real. I couldn't help but to cry for all of them. its ok
its fun to watch but its not the masterpiece everyones saying it is its just the overused bullying plot and its cramped into 8 episodes so u dont rlly care about the characters that much the ending feels rushed it couldve used a couple more episodes everyones saying its so good and their first 10/10 but i dont see whats so special about it i did watch it all in one day doe so maybe im a hypocrite but aye the ml is fine so lol idc fine ass ???? but why is there only one girl in the whole show like bkitchh give us more entertainment DFVond je deze recentie nuttig?
This show is a masterpiece
I started this drama not knowing anything about it and might I say this drama was absolutely fantastic. I loved every single second of it...this drama really is a "no put down" drama. The day I started it was the exact same day I finished it that's how great it was that I just couldn't stop watching it. I'm also very excited for S2 to come out because I truly can't get enough of this fantastic drama.Everything about it was amazing the cast, the acting, the OST, the emotions portrayed by the actors...this drama truly is a 10/10

An amazing drama
I am at a loss for words on how good this drama is, I went into this with almost little to no expectations but this was genuinely one of the best dramas I've ever watched, even if the genre is not one you prefer, trust me the drama has you on its hookup from the very first episode. Park Jihoon's performance is absolutely phenomenal in this drama. Choi Hyun-Wook does justice to his character as well, the relationship between them is curated so seamlessly that it's flawless, I'm actually stunned.nsnsnndndVond je deze recentie nuttig?
best kdrama
i’ve never gotten so attached to characters in just 8 episodes but i love si eun and soo ho so so much. every episode is so sickening but in the best way possible. the build up to every single fight was excruciating but i loved it. i usually hate the bully story lines in k dramas but it was used in such a different and actually interesting way in this show.i absolutely loved all three main characters at first, including bum seok, and then his character flip happened and i tried to just think that he’s mad at his father and taking it out on his friends but you really cant use that to justify his actions by the end. by the last episode i don’t think anything could have made me genuinely feel sorry for bum seok. (also up until like episode 6 i thought the reason that beom seok was mad was that he was gay and had a big crush on soo ho…………was definitely proven wrong)
by the seventh episode you could kind of tell where it would go just by the build up of it but i don’t think anything could have prepared me for seeing that fight. i stand by the fact that soo ho did absolutely nothing wrong, bum seok was just so insecure with himself that he took it out on someone who wasn’t. soo ho i love you.
si eun was an amazing friend from the very beginning. he always cared about the other two no matter what and did selfless things to be a good friend and not to look like a good friend like bum seok. i love love love how they told his story. it felt cohesive and no matter how attached i got to someone else it really always felt like i was watching in his pov which i rly appreciate.
one of the best shows i’ve seen. the highs were rly high and some parts made me so happy but the lows were rly really low…………

The acting was so good, same goes for the soundtracks I even added a song to my Playlist. I'll definitely rewatch this!! I loved the story so much, especially Oh Beom Seoks character/story! I liked it so much. Park ji Hoon's acting is also no joke! Loved all the actors and am very addicted to this series haha. I can't wait for season 2... all the fighting/action scene's were so good and I loved the emotional scene's. I understand why people hate on Oh Beom Seoks actions but I feel to attached to his role that I understand his reasons. Weak Hero Class 1 Review - ZyKuu
"An introvert meets school violence". The storyline was interesting in the first half but was slowly losing me in the second half. I loved his acting I believe it was played to a tee. I also really enjoyed the performances by Soo-ho, Bum- seok, and Seok-dae. I found the rest of the cast pretty mediocre. The OST was nowhere to be heard. My favourite fight scene came from the second episode. Action was engaging and suspenseful. This series was very easy to binge through given that each episode is not long at all. Went in with zero expectations only to finish it with a few tears down my face and to think this could be happening in real life. except for soo ho who's in coma and beomseok betrayal, the whole story is different from the webtoon
the only thing lacking abt the drama compared to the webtoon is how the relationship between si eun and soo ho started. I don't think it make sense that si eun just come at soo ho's table out of nowhere and asking to have a luch tgt, he's not even type of person who's gonna have a conversation with anyone in class?for reference, in the webtoon it's soo ho who's come to si eun first bcs he was curious how is this kid still can concentrate and always studying even in the very uncondusive class
if you wanna know only this drama's story on webtoon, you don't have to read the whole webtoon, you can just read it on ahn soo ho chapter

Deserves much more appreciation!
Completed WeakHeroClass1 and uffff I am so so so impressed with the whole cast especially Park Jihoon. The plot was so intense, always kept me at my toes. The amount of emotions I felt especially the fear, agitation and sadness. Weak Hero Class 1 deserves all the appreciation! The theme of the story is definitely about students who struggle through bullying in their school (which is a huge problem in Korea) and it's not first time it is done. But ! once you watch Weak Hero Class 1 you will understand how it's different. The character of Park Jihoon and how he faces everything head on despite of being a struggling weak Kid, is what makes it different.Vond je deze recentie nuttig?
Overhyped
I did try to understand what's behind the hype, but.... there's nothing (but fight maybe?...)I feel like i lost so much time for something very bland.
There's plenty of good drama on the bully subject, this one is really not bad but not good either, it's useless..
When people is talking about this drama, it feel like the best thing ever, but nothing great happened.. I am suprised actually !
