My boyfriend’s mother is out to get me! Seriously, she’s destroying my friends and family to get to me. I don’t care what she does to me, but she is now attacking the people I care about. Should I do as she says and break up with her son, who I care for the most?

I have feelings for this girl, but she doesn’t see me. I always help her and get her out of trouble without her realising, but she doesn’t see me. So I think I have to do something big, I do and I set up this awesome date. She stands me up. This happened more than few times. I give her hints and metaphors about how I feel about her, but she doesn’t understand. I only went on a ‘date’ with her once, but she didn’t know it. I was on the phone with her and sitting across the room. We were walking down the street and I tell her on the phone to turn around. She turns around and I think she will finally see me. But she gets a call and leaves. I don’t know what to do? How do I get her to see me?

His mother doesn’t know he’s gay and he is still in the closet. He’s my best friend and is teaching me how to be confident. He’s the best, he gives me advice, buys me pads and gives me medicine and rubs my tummy during those months. But slowly, I think I’m falling in love with him. I know it will never work out, he has a boyfriend! What should I do? Should I tell him? I don’t want to lose another friend. Or should I just keep it inside. My ex is back and he wants me back. I’m thinking of getting revenge. Now my gay roommate wants me to be his beard as his mother thinks we’re together. I want to spend the rest of my life with him, but I can’t pretend to be his wife and see him in another man’s arms. Help me!

You obviously need to put your trust in the right people. As for your Ex, don’t seek revenge. Your rejection will be the best kind of revenge. Your roommate seems awesome, where can I find one? I find it odd that a gay man, with a boyfriend, is willing to marry his best female friend knowing this would most likely ruin her life, especially after all the awesome stuff you said about him. Something doesn’t seem right. If you mean just as much to him as much as he means to you, you should tell him how you feel. If he doesn’t feel the same, it’s not you... it’s really him. But if he does feel the same, you go girl for making him swap teams. Remember the saying, it’s not over until the hot gay guy says ‘game over’... Yes, I’m pretty sure that’s how it goes.

The girl I loved as a teen is back in my life. I thought I was over her, but now I feel like I’m a teen again. We used to be best friends. I loved her then, but she was obsessed with this kpop group, she couldn’t see me as a man. The day I was about to tell her about my feelings, my brother told me he liked her. So I backed off. I tried to avoid both of them but it was difficult. Finally, after graduation, I told her how I felt. She didn’t feel the same and asked if we could just be friends. It hurt. I refused to see her after that. Years wasted. I thought I was over her. And then we met again. She had broken up with my brother long ago, I didn’t tell him about how I felt about her. Now she keeps coming by. She comes to my workplace and calls me. She asked if I still loved her. I refused to answer, but then she told me she loved me and saw me as a man. What do I do? I love her but I know my brother still likes her! I haven’t given her an answer yet. Even then and now I can’t say my feelings.

You still seem to care about her, Man Child. If it’s about your brother’s feelings towards her that’s stopping you, it shouldn’t. You still love her and she is in love with you, what you always wanted. She’s not in love with your brother, but you. It was not her fault that she didn’t realise you liked her. You never told her, you can’t blame her for not reading your mind as a teenager herself. She has grown up and realises her feelings for you. My advice is to tell her about your feelings and confront your brother. If he truly loves you, he will understand.
