TV Chosun's new weekend mini-series, Durian's Affair, is set to premiere on the 24th. Notably, the drama has garnered attention as the first fantasy melodrama by Im Sung Han, known as the master of unconventional storytelling and unique themes. The released highlight teaser for Durian's Affair features Jang Se Mi (played by Yoon Hae Young) and her mother-in-law Baek Do Yi (played by Choi Myung Gil).

Im Sung Han, who previously attracted public attention with extraordinary themes such as AI and astral projection, is expected to introduce the theme of "complex relationships" in Durian's Affair, creating further discussion.

However, Durian's Affair also possesses endless potential for its over-the-top elements. Apart from the introduction of Du Ri An (played by Park Joo Mi) and Kim So Jeo (played by Lee Da Yeon) suddenly appearing in the Dan family, further details about the plot are yet to be revealed.
