Girl’s Day's Park So Jin will reportedly join the cast of the upcoming drama titled "Return"
According to media outlets on June 23rd, Park So Jin will be included in the cast line-up of the upcoming series "Return" that will air on tvN.
"Return" will be the next project of the Hong Sisters (Hong Jung Eun and Hong Mi Ran) after the hit series "Hotel Del Luna." They will be working with director Park Joon Hwa for "Return."
Director Park Joon Hwa is known for the dramas "What's Wrong with Secretary Kim?", "Touch Your Heart," "Because This is My First Life," and the ongoing series "My Roommate Is a Gumiho." Meanwhile, Hong Sisters were the ones who created hit dramas "A Korean Odyssey," "The Master's Sun," "The Greatest Love," "My Girlfriend Is a Gumiho," and more.
"Return" will narrate the journey of young magicians who deals with heavenly spirits.
The cast of the drama includes Lee Jae Wook, Park Hae Eun, Yoo Joon Sang, Oh Na Ra, NU'EST Hwang Min Hyun, and Oh My Girl's Arin.
The drama is slated to air in the second half of 2021.
Park So Jin last appeared in the 2020 drama "The Spies Who Loved Me" with main leads Yoo In Na, Eric Mun, Im Joo Hwan. If she confirmed his participation in the upcoming drama "Return," this will be her first drama project for 2021. The idol actress will reportedly star in the upcoming "2021 Summer Drama Collage: Monster Mansion."
Park So Jin debuted as an idol before venturing into acting. She is now focused on her acting career. She was included in the cast of dramas "The King: Eternal Monarch," "Hot Stove League," "Oh! Dear Half-Basement Goddesses," "The Family is Coming," and more.
