Ra Mi Ran to make a special cameo appearance in "A Virtuous Business"
GOT7's Park Jin Young and Roh Jeong Eui are confirmed to be the main leads of The Witch.
On August 27, it was officially confirmed that Park Jin Young and Roh Jeong Eui will pair up for the upcoming mystery romance K-drama The Witch.
The Witch will tell the story of a woman who is labeled as a "witch" and gets forced to move after all the men who liked her in her hometown either got hurt or died and a man who will try to save her from the law of death. The story will be based on the webtoon of the same name created by Kang Full (Moving and Light Shop).
This will be the project of director Kim Tae Gyoon who is also known for creating the works Dark Figure of Crime and Spring, Snow.
Park Jin Young and Roh Jeong Eui will work alongside Lim Jae Hyeok, Jang Hee Ryung, Jang Hye Jin, and Kwon Han Sol.
It was also confirmed that The Witch will premiere on Channel A and it will be part of their Saturday and Sunday K-drama timeslot. The series will officially premiere in 2025.
Park Jin Young will portray the role of Dong Jin. After majoring in Statistics, he currently works as a data miner at Shine Solutions. He wants to prove to everyone that the one he loves is not a witch that's why he decided to transfer to the Department of Statistics. He will meet her again after 10 years and will try his best to make a solution for the misfortune she's facing.
Roh Jeong Eui will portray the role of Mi Jeong. When she was young, several incidents happened around her, and all the men who had an interest in her either got hurt or died. Because of this, she was labeled as a witch and she also isolated herself from people and just enjoyed the world by herself. One day, she accidentally meets Dong Jin.
