Jang Dong Joo and Lee Si Woo are confirmed to join Kim Hye Yoon and Lomon in a new SBS K-drama
Actress Jeon Yeo Been has officially picked her next K-drama.
On September 27, it was officially confirmed that Jeon Yeo Been and Namkoong Min will be the main leads of the upcoming K-drama Our Movie. Jeon Yeo Been's agency management mmm also confirmed the reports and revealed that the actress will return to the K-drama scene with the upcoming SBS series.
This will be the return of Jeon Yeo Been to the small screen after almost two years. She was last seen in the Netflix original K-drama A Time Called You with Ahn Hyo Seop, Kang Hoon, Seo Ye Hwa, Lee Min Goo, and Jang Hye Jin.
Aside from K-dramas, Jeon Yeo Been is set to star in several films. Before the year ends, the actress will be part of the upcoming movie Harbin. She will star alongside Hyun Bin, Park Jeong Min, Jo Woo Jin, Park Hoon, and Yoo Jae Myung.
The actress will also join hands with Song Hye Kyo, Lee Jin Wook, Heo Joon Ho, and Moon Woo Jin for the much-anticipated movie Dark Nuns.
Our Movie will center around a movie director and an actress with a terminal illness. The movie director is experiencing a slump after the success of his first work while a terminal actress decided to be the main character of her life before she died.
Director Lee Jung Heum (Inspector Koo, Nobody Knows, and Falsify) and writers Han Ga Eun and Kang Kyung Min will work together for the upcoming K-drama.
Namkoong Min will portray the role of Lee Je Ha. He is a film director who has received recognition from several film festivals through his debut work. After becoming successful, he also experienced a slump and to overcome it, he created a movie with a real terminally ill patient as the main lead.
Jeon Yeo Been will portray the role of Lee Da Eum, a terminally ill actress. Before her life ends, she decides that she will be the main character of her life as well as the main character of an upcoming movie.
Our Movie will exclusively premiere on SBS. It will reportedly be part of the Friday and Saturday K-drama timeslot of the broadcast channel.
