The upcoming ENA K-drama Riding Life announced its official main leads.
On August 22, ENA confirmed that Jeon Hye Jin, Jung Jin Young, Jun Suk Ho, and Jo Min Soo will work together for the upcoming slice-of-life K-drama Riding Life.
The upcoming K-drama will be the collaboration work of director Kim Chul Gyu (Celebrity and Flower of Evil) and writers Sung Yoon Ah and Cho Won Dong. It will be produced by KT Studio Genie and Betty & Creators.
Riding Life will tell the story of a single working mother who is raising her daughter. It will showcase the various relationships between families and the issues in our society including private education, parenting, and more. The K-drama will be based on the novel of the same name.
The upcoming K-drama will begin filming soon and the series will be released in the first half of 2025. The K-drama will exclusively premiere on ENA.
Jeon Hye Jin will portray the role of Lee Jung Eun. She is a fierce marketer who works in the beauty industry. She strives to keep up with her 7-year-old daughter's education.
Jung Jin Young will give life to the character named Lee Young Wook. He is a professor of English literature and will share a romance with Lee Jung Eun's mother. He will reunite with Yoon Ji Ah at their grandchildren's academy.
Jo Min Soo will portray the role of Yoon Ji Ah. She will play the role of a child art therapist at a university hospital. She is also the mother of Jeon Hye Jin's character Lee Jung Eun who also raised her daughter alone without a husband.
Lastly, Jun Suk Ho will portray the role of Hong Jae Man, the husband of Jeon Hye Jin's character Lee Jung Eun. He works as a home shopping MD. He is an immature husband who gets slapped by his wife on a daily. He is having a hard time at work due to his poor performance.
