1. 100 Days My Prince
Korean Drama - 2018, 16 episodes
I know the story is basically a rehash of the amnesia plot from Shopping King Luis just set back in Joseon era...but I liked it even more than the 'original'!
Production value is quite high, the acting well done and the casting spot on. Also, this is probably one of the prettiest drama out there. The sceneries are breathtaking and the color palette stunning. The downside is that it sort of looks a bit fake...especially considering that at the beginning of the show we should believe that this country has been plagued by drought, but I think it's just to pretty to complain!
After the third time I actually found myself enjoying the drama even more. I'd give it a full 10, but I found the last episode to be quite anticlimatic which ruined it a little bit.REWATCH COUNT - 3

2. A Beautiful Mind
Korean Drama - 2016, 14 episodes
Wonderful, wonderful performances! From all actors, but especially the male lead. It was a gripping story and the drama maintained a very good pace up till almost the end when TOO many conveniences started to happen, but it may be understandable as the show was cut down by two episodes.
I admit, though, that wasn't 100% involved and kept thinking about what drama to watch next.

3. A Korean Odyssey
Korean Drama - 2017, 20 episodes
Overall, not bad. I wasn't much invested in the main couple after episode 10 or so and I think they wasted a lot of potential with the conflict ending.
Still, I hope (even if it's unlikely) that we'll see a second season for this...it might change my whole score.Watched: July 2019

4. Ashi Girl
Japanese Drama - 2017, 12 episodes
Well, this was mostly silly fluff, but an enjoyable ride all the same and not without some somber moments here and there.
The pace is consistent, the characters likeable and the motivations more or less clear. The acting wasn't amazing, but it felt natural enough and the two leads were very cute together. Of course this is not a story to be taken too seriously...and it plays with itself well enough to ensure the viewers don't ask themselves too many questions by keeping things light and on a comedic note.Watched: September 2019

6. Because This is My First Life
Korean Drama - 2017, 16 episodes
I wouldn't rewatch this drama, but it still was good. While not 100% my taste I have to appreciate the writing and the directing. The actors as well did a nice job.

7. Boys Over Flowers
Korean Drama - 2009, 25 episodes
The Japanese version was and still is a guilty pleasure of mine. This one...not so much. I still liked watching it and there are a few instances in which I liked the way this version adapted the manga better, but overall it just doesn't keep up. The acting of the FL was probably what I liked less.

8. Bride of the Century
Korean Drama - 2014, 16 episodes
Oh this one is bad...but what can I say...I still loved some of the scenes! The acting was good, but the production value downright horrible at times. The writing as well could have been done better...a lot of turns and decisions didn't make sense at all.

9. Bring It On, Ghost
Korean Drama - 2016, 16 episodes

10. Can You Hear My Heart

11. Cheese in the Trap
Korean Drama - 2016, 16 episodes
I'm honestly surprised I'm liking this! I started it with the bare minimum interest and with the expectation to drop it quite soon. It's no masterpiece, but it's an interesting take on a toxic love story.

12. Chief Kim
Korean Drama - 2017, 20 episodes
LOVED THIS! The acting, the writing, the production everything was perfectly done!
The bromance in particular was really good (after all the two MLs did win a Best Couple award for this show), but it's a pity that we saw it at full throttle only towards the end.
I also really liked the touches of romance here and there. It was enough to make me giggle a little and it didn't feel forced into the plot.Watched: 18/11/2019

13. Children of a Lesser God
Korean Drama - 2018, 16 episodes
Great show! I honestly had a bit of a hard time getting into it for the first 3-4 episodes, but after that I was completely hooked. The show overall has a good pace with a climax (for me) from episode 10 to 14. Only thing that lowers a little bit the rating for me were the last two episodes...I'm not entirely sure why but I found them a bit underwhelming. Some of the plot turns and twists aren't that surprising, but the characters are interesting at all times and the performances pretty good overall. This drama manages to mix crime, paranormal, thriller, comedy, a bit of horror, and even a tiny splash of romance.

15. Cinderella and the Four Knights
Korean Drama - 2016, 16 episodes
This drama is nothing more than a sweet piece of fluff, but an adorable one at times. The story is cheesy and cliche, but it's done in a fun way which is why it's often compared to Boys Over Flowers.
The heroine is the star of the show. It's worth to go through the drama only for her. I'm really liking how the actress played this character and she has a lot of chemistry with practically all the main cast.
The only character I found painfully lacking is the second female lead; I'm not sure if the 'blame' lies with the writing or the acting and I think it's probably a little bit of both, but this character is just 'meh'. I found myself wanting to fastforward (and actually doing so) everytime she had a scene.Directing is good, editing works most of the times (even if there are a tad too many slow-mos and flashbacks for my liking), the writing flows without too many issues if one is willing to forgive some assurdities here and there. The music is nice and the performances of the main cast are above average.

16. Come! Jang Bo Ri
Korean Drama - 2014, 52 episodes
This was my first 50+ episodes drama. It's basically a makjang on the cute/comedic side. I found it pretty decent, but not spectacular. The first half was better than the second when the villain basically stopped making any sense.

17. Cunning Single Lady
Korean Drama - 2014, 16 episodes
Basically the only thing worth watching this for is the main couple..and that only after first couple of episode, since they took a little bit to grow on me. I found the other characters quite flat, underdeveloped or inconsistent. The ending felt a bit contrived...not totally disappointing, but a little bit of a letdown considering the strong middle of the serie.

19. Faith
Korean Drama - 2012, 24 episodes
I definitely fell in love with this drama from episode one and even if I kept seeing all the issues (especially in the editing department) I couldn't help but loving it.
The story overall is good, but it does sometimes have some some convoluted turns and I couldn't help but wonder why they added the whole supernatural abilities part, when it didn't exactly play a very important role. Overall, though, it's still one of my favorite dramas and definitely an iconic one. I could only wish for it to have better directing and editing...

21. Falling in Love with a Rival
Chinese Drama - 2015, 8 episodes
Well, considering the fact that the budget for this was probably not very high and the fact that the standards for BL are generally a bit lower than other genre...it was decent. While there were a lot of points were I had trouble understanding what was supposed to be happening, generally the show had a decent comedic vibe that kept me interested.

Moving story and a nicely crafted one. It's not an unforgettable drama and there were no specific parts that particularly awed me, but all together was enjoyable and it had heart.

24. Five Enough
Korean Drama - 2016, 54 episodes
I love this drama and I skipped barely a few scenes even if it's over 50 episodes long.
It's rare to find characters that feel so real and behave in a realistic and comprehensible way.
I could understand why everyone acted the way they did and every action feels motivated and in line with the character's personality. I also found all the couples to be pretty endearing in their own way...even the cheating ex-husband and ex-friend and the meddlesome in-laws grew on me.Watched: summer 2019

28. Kobold
Korean Drama - 2016, 16 episodes
I had dropped this long ago after the first episode and I was very hesitant to give it a second chance. Even the second time around the first episode didn't feel up to par with all the hype surrounding the drama, but as I went forward I could see what made so many people fall in love with it.
The writing is quite solid and the production value high. The acting ranged from good to amazing at times and the cast had so much chemistry that it was no wonder this title tops practically every list of "Best Bromance Dramas".
Yet, the main love story didn't amaze me and I could definitely have done with less of them both and more of the secondary couple.

29. Haeundae Lovers
Korean Drama - 2012, 16 episodes
Well, the drama is intentionally cheesy and the plot sometimes way too contrived, yet it has charm. I thoroughly enjoyed it a lot!
The characters and the performances by the main cast was probably what sold this drama to me, but even the writing flowed smoothly even through some very weird and fuzzy motivations, especially from the 2nd male lead.
Somehow they managed to never let me lose my suspension of disbelief even if some situations were downright unrealistic.Watched: summer 2019

31. Heart to Heart
Korean Drama - 2015, 16 episodes
I can't believe I had actually dropped this once at the very first episode months ago.
The two leads are adorable together and I loved them both. The second leads were also pretty likeable, especially the ML little sisters who's energetic and optimistic even if somewhat a little bratty sometimes.
It's a more mature love story compared to your standard korean drama and I loved it even more because of it!

32. Hello Monster
Korean Drama - 2015, 16 episodes
This has the most forced romance I have beared in a drama yet. I totally would have dropped it right away if it wasn't the the rest of the story...
The crime, psychopathic serial killers bit was really well done and I enjoyed it a lot. The two brothers' relationship was particularly moving and that was what made me come back to this show.

33. High School King of Savvy
Korean Drama - 2014, 17 episodes
The story worked great at the start and was really charming and fun.
Sadly though I do not agree with how the plot turned and I think it could have been managed more satisfactorily.Props go to the ML actor, as I would have probably lost interest without his very believable performance. The main actress was good, but I found her character tiring after a while.

34. HIStory: Obsessed
Taiwanese Special - 2017, 4 episodes
Better than the previous installment of the series.

35. HIStory: Stay Away From Me
Taiwanese Special - 2017, 4 episodes
Well, no one is winning any acting award from me in this drama. Only one acting kinda natural Meng Meng, the fujoshi friend, who actually made me laugh out loud a few times. The writing isn't too fluid, but it's bearable. Overall the story is cliche, but enjoyable.

37. I Have a Lover
Korean Drama - 2015, 50 episodes
I loved this, but I would have preferred not to have the whole business/revenge plot at the end. I found it to be the weakest aspect of the whole drama.
As a mature love melodrama kind of story it worked great. The first 10 episodes or so were brutal and painful to watch, but once we start seeing the two main leads falling in love yet again, it was worth it. Wonderful perfomance from both of them.
One of the biggest strenghts of the show is having very flawed characters that still are very relatable.
The plot was nicely stretched out considering the drama has 50 episodes, but you can feel towards the end that some events do not really fit logically with the rest.It does have the usual cliche of the amnesia, but I'd recommend this anyway to anyone who'd like a more mature love story.

Korean Drama - 2018, 10 episodes
This drama is cute and well acted with a few emotional scenes and quite a lot of funny moments.
Especially the first 4/5 episodes relied a lot on dark comedy and they felt really different from any other drama I've seen till then...after the 5th episode it becomes more of a standard rom-com which is a pity.In any case while it isn't the best drama ever, it was enjoyable!

Korean Drama - 2011, 15 episodes
I gave up this drama 3 times halfway through the first episode before actually watching it. The first 2 episodes were confusing and boring, but from the 3rd I got invested in the characters. And the characters are the best things this drama has to offer in my opinion. They were well acted and overall understandable even in their craziness.
The overall story on the other hand lacked something...while I watched till the end, barely skipping anything at all, I still felt like there were whole chunks of it that were left out. I think it could have been done better, which is a pity.

Cute story with kids that behaved realistically. It's shorter compared to other dramas (only 35min per episode) and that helped making it an easy watch.

55. My Secret Hotel
Korean Drama - 2014, 16 episodes
Well, this was far from perfect, but the actors saved it for me. That said, the love triangle was interesting but repetitive.
I really liked comic horror-like scenes with the creepy atmosphere and music, but sadly there were only a few in the first 5/6 episodes and then they were dropped (the writer passed away during this drama, so this might be the reason why some artistic choices changed). The production though was well done. I liked the editing and I found the OST to be particularly nice!In conclusion: it's far from perfect, it didn't give justice to the potential it had and the ending is not quite satisfactory; yet, it's still much better than some of the reviews and comments led me to believe, and I honestly liked it more than I anticipated.

I really liked this short drama. It's about a platonic romance (or a romantic friendship?) between a man and a woman very far apart in ages.
I also liked the way the drama ended... even if some might find it unsatisfactory. The music in the earlier episodes was a bit overbearing (especially in the 'tense' scenes), but I either got used to it or it got ojectively better later on.

60. One More Happy Ending
Korean Drama - 2016, 16 episodes
It was cute, even if really silly and sometimes downright pointless. The performances kept it together. All the girls were great characters who were either fun, moving or heartbreaking to watch, plus the main male lead is so damn adorable, so I couldn't really drop the show, but I was tempted several times.
The story does flow but most of the plot turns of the main couple have little dept and after a while you just end up wondering why they didn't end up together 10 episodes ago. What might be worth the watch might be one of the secondary couples: the one experiencing marriage problems and is about to divorce. I found their story particularly moving and original...I'd love a drama centered on them!

62. Person Who Gives Happiness
Korean Drama - 2016, 118 episodes
Wonderful family/makjang drama....for the first 80 episodes. Then it became sort of too convenient and contrived, even for a makjang.
Also after the 80/90 episodes the plot also turns more into a pure revenge story which I found not nearly as interesting, but draggy and lackluster.
In any case the show is overall entertaining; I fastforwarded a lot of scenes (certain shots took too damn long and towards the end I lost interest in certain plot points) but I never really skipped much at once and took care to watch every scene development. What I loved is the fact that even the most villains do have some moments of genuine sympathy and you can feel for them and see their reluctance while they make all the wrong and evil decisions. The main issue is that the two main leads started out as nice characters but they started to feel flat after the first half of the drama when their main love story was resolved. By the end I found them slightly annoying too...

63. Prison Playbook
Korean Drama - 2017, 16 episodes
This is a great drama even if it's not exactly my favourite kind, hence why I do not feel like going above 9 in my rating.
It's for sure one of the best crafted slow-paced dramas out there and it's to no surprise as it's from the same writers of the Reply series (which I still have to watch) with which shares a very similar vibe and feeling even if a completely different context.
While there was a sort of plot progression, the story was mostly just a look at the life of these characters in a determined amount of time. Some of them even came and went away during the drama with no real resolution to their stories which left me a bit disappointed, but that's true to how real life works.
I think it's a must watch as it's quite unique and beautifully acted by the main and supporting cast.

65. Queen of Reversals
Korean Drama - 2010, 31 episodes
I throughly enjoyed this drama.
While not perfect, it was a nice change from the usual romance. It took very common tropes and twisted them around a little bit, just enough to make the story interesting. The romances felt mature, even if not always completely fleshed out and the ending was satisfying even if it didn't completely resolve all the loose ends.
A good point is the fact that the drama managed to be interesting from start to finish even when it was extended for over 10 episodes. It might not be the best drama I ever watched, but it was entertaining and keep me interested for its whole run.Watched: fall 2019

66. Rinsho Hanzai Gakusha Himura Hideo no Suiri
Japanese Drama - 2016, 10 episodes
This is basically Japan's Sherlock Holmes.
I do enjoy this trope quite a bit and this version wasn't half bad! Some effects felt a bit corny and lacking compared the British series Sherlock (which this does objectively seems inspired from), but it helped that this show never felt too over the top with the explanations as Sherlock sometimes ended up doing.
The cases were decently crafted even if not perfect. They always managed to keep some details a mystery even when I was able to figure out the main culprit and the general method used. What really gave this show a boost and kept my attention on all the time was the interaction and chemistry of the main cast. The two main protagonists do have quite a lot of on-screen chemistry and the bromance is quite strong!Watched: fall 2019

I would have liked for the love story to be more developed instead of being dramatically flimsy. The FL is also a little too disappointingly weak... She basically fainted at every stressful situation, sbut the ML's character makes up for that somehow as he's quite charming.Watched: summer 2019

68. Saba Doru
Japanese Drama - 2012, 12 episodes
This was surprisingly refreshing!
It's nothing amazing, but the main actress was very endearing even as a 18yo playing a 38yo, who in the drama actually passes for a 17yo idol... The premise is of course unrealistic to the extreme, but the obstacles the protagonist meets and the way she manages to overcome them are portrayed in a fairly realistic and plain way. I marathoned this short drama in less than a day and it made me want to watch more jdorama in general.Watched: October 2019

69. Sagideka
Japanese Drama - 2019, 5 episodes
I really liked the story and the themes explored in this crime drama.
It felt very subdued compared to what I usually watch, but that somehow made some scenes even more heartwrenching. The acting was solid, but I wasn't particularly blown away by it.What I didn't like was the camerawork. It's obviously a stylistic choice and I'm no expert to be making competent criticism about it...but I really didn't like how often the scenes were shot so up close and often with a shaky camera.

70. Save the Last Dance for Me
Korean Drama - 2004, 20 episodes
It's an older drama, and it feels like it.
Still, the performances are decent if a bit over-the-top and "Give My Love" is a memorable OST song that definitely stands out and not only because it's played at every emotional scene between the main couple.
The first time I watched it without much issue, but I admit that the second (partial) viewing was kinda boring even if I had forgotten quite a few details of the story which made me lower the rating.REWATCH COUNT - 2

71. Scent of a Woman
Korean Drama - 2011, 16 episodes
I'm always hesitant to start dramas with terminal illnesses as a main theme, but this is sort of a classic in its genre and I can see why. It's definitely NOT a comedy though, but a true romance story.
It is decently written, well acted and directed. The music is pleasant as well especially the main theme song. The show goes a little downhill around the 9th till 13th and some events were enough to destroy my suspension of disbelief, which is never a good sign.
The second FL is bitchy and not generally likeable, but honestly I found myself sympathizing with her sometimes more than with the main FL.Watched: summer/fall 2019

72. Secret
Korean Drama - 2013, 16 episodes
As a 'love' story it is kinda scary, but I still fell in love with the drama anyway.
All love relationships in his drama have a strong component of obsession...which it's basically the running theme of it all.Ji Sung probably was one of the very few actors who could have pulled off such a male lead without making me hate him. All the other performances are really good even if at a slightly lower level and the OST is memorable. I loved the directing as well and the editing was decent even if it has several inconsistencies here and there.
The 'weak' point might be the ending for me. It was decent and even satisfactory in a way, but it also felt rushed...this is one of the few instances where I would have liked a couple more episodes to flesh it out.REWATCH COUNT - 2

73. She Was Pretty
Korean Drama - 2015, 16 episodes
The first time I watched this I had dropped at the 11th episode, but it was because I wasn't used to the pacing Korean Drama usually use.
The second time around...I enjoyed it till the very end. It was one of the first romcoms in which I also liked both second leads. I ended up feeling for both of them and wanting an happy ending for them as well.
Production is really nice, the acting is good and the comedy works well for me, especially in the first few episodes. The story becomes a little slow and boring in the last 3-2 episodes, but it's bearable. OST is decent, but not particularly memorable.REWATCH COUNT - 2

Korean Drama - 2016, 16 episodes
This was one of the first few Korean dramas I watched.
It has a charm that it's not too common even if the plot might not be all that original. The cliches are handled in a funny manner, the directing competent and the acting very well done.REWATCH COUNT - 2

76. Still Loving You
Korean Drama - 2016, 125 episodes
Good family drama.
It kept me entertained till the very end and most of the couples were very cute to watch. Both the two main leads were quite likeable. Eun Soo was sometimes too nice for her own good, but she is hardworking and not without flaws; Su Ho was simply a treasure, he's both childish yet has a deep insight in other people feelings and he's the sort of male lead I really like to watch in family dramas.

77. Stranger
Korean Drama - 2017, 16 episodes
Beautiful drama!
More than the plot, it's the characterization that held this drama together and made it an unforgettable experience. The cast's performances and chemistry were off the chart and I believe that less talented and experienced actors would have made a mess of this show since it really relies on small gestures and reactions.
The drama doesn't pander to his audience...while some turns may be predictable, the underlying motivations are complex and rarely understandable right away. I loved how we saw the characters as if we were part of the story ourselves, since (beside a very few thoughts of the main lead) we have very little to no knowledge of what the characters are thinking and we're often left to give our own interpretation to their actions and body language.

78. Sungkyunkwan Scandal
Korean Drama - 2010, 20 episodes
I read recaps for the last two episodes because honestly I couldn't be bothered to finish watching them. Still I admit this is a classic of sort and I understand why it has quite a following.
I liked the FL character in here for the first 10 episodes or so...and then I found her extremely annoying...which was probably the reason I dropped it so late.

80. Switch: Change the World
Korean Drama - 2018, 32 episodes
Entertaining, but with some writing flaws.
This show's charm is dependant mostly on its characters. The whole cast made a splendid job and I've rarely become attached to even the smaller supporting roles.
The plot flows decently well and it's never boring. The twists and turns of who's conning whom are fun to watch, but they are at times a bit ridiculous.
It has to be said that, while the comedy side of the show has decent beats, I found the sadder and more emotional moments somewhat lacking both in depth and consistency. The biggest fault of the writing is the fact that 2/3 into the show we do have to accept previously estabilished smart characters making downright idiotic choices (...it almost made me drop the show. The ending, though, is so satisfying that by then I came to forgive that faux pas!Watched: 15/11/2019

81. Terius Behind Me
Korean Drama - 2018, 32 episodes
The production value is good, but I honestly didn't like the writing. I found the developments and resolutions too easy and unrealistic. Acting was nice though.
In my case what saved this drama from being dropped mercilessly was Son Ho Jun. He kept me entertained throughout the drama with his performance. This was the first drama I saw him acting in and I was totally converted to a fan!

83. The Fearless
Taiwanese Drama - 2019, 13 episodes
This drama isn't exactly binge-watching material, but it's interesting enough to keep you invested and I came back to it for one or two episodes between other shows. The pacing is slow, the tone sometimes really dreary other times downright weird, but I found it to be different and fascinating in its own way.
It's not for everyone, but I found it refreshing as it's a paranormal crime series with a bleaker and somewhat more realistic twist compared to most I've seen. Here you'll be able to read my no-spoiler review.

Korean Drama - 2019, 40 episodes
Loved it!
I honestly liked most of the characters of this show...even some of the villains! Both the main and supporting cast were amazing and showed great chemistry. Big credits to the writer as well, since he managed to give depth and individuality to so many characters that he made me really feel for almost all of them.
There were no huge mysteries, but the plot had good turns and flowed quite smoothly. There was a bit of repetitiveness going on for a few episodes in the first half of the show, but it was compensated with a good dose of humor that managed to keep me entertained, so I was never bored.
It's also worth to mention that the action scenes in this were very well done and choreographed!Watched: 06/11/2019

85. The Greatest Love
Korean Drama - 2011, 16 episodes
The first time I watched this show I loved the start but soon got tired of the push-and-pull so I started skipping a lot.
Upon rewatching, though, I appreciated it a lot more. The performances are even better than what I remembered. The writing is smart especially in the first half, but it gets in my opinion weaker towards the middle and the ending.
The charm of both the first and even second leads is great and it's what made me want to watch till the end. I haven't watched all of the Hong Sisters' dramas but for now this is my favourite among them, even if they all share the same great beginnings and weaker middle/endings though.REWATCH COUNT - 2

86. The Guest
Korean Drama - 2018, 16 episodes
What a satisfying drama from start to finish! I honestly can't find much fault in this show...the acting, the directing, the music, the characterizations, the editing, the plot, the cinematography...everything was pretty much perfect or at least gave me the illusion of being so.
I am honestly surprised about having enjoyed an horror drama so much. I generally avoid the genre because I hate jump scares, but you won't find any in here. That's not to say that the show isn't scary, but it's in an sort of 'understated' way which I kinda loved. There are also some pretty violent scenes, but the 'goryest' elements are blurred out, so the effect was dimmed for me. This is my first 10/10 in a few months of binge-watching and my first ever in a drama not containing any romance at all.

Funny and entertaining with a very compelling protagonist. It was acted wonderfully and the writing was pretty smart as well.

Korean Drama - 2018, 32 episodes
This drama feels like a fairytale...it's simply adorable!
I fell in love with all the characters and cried and laughed with them all.
The pacing though is a bit off...it's very slow in the middle (I lil bit too much, actually) and then all happens at once in the last few episodes. I understand that a few episodes were cut and that might be the reason for this, but still it's a bit jarring.

93. Welcome 2 Life
Korean Drama - 2019, 32 episodes
Really good drama in my opinion!
The crime aspects of the story were especially well done. There were no pretty deaths, the crime investigation was believable (of course with some fictional aspects, but nothing major enough to break my suspension of disbelief) and the villains downright chilling.
The characters were very well portrayed and written (same screenwriter as Falling for Innocence) and Lee Jae Sang is my kind of ML. Extremely flawed yet redeemable.
The directing and editing are also quite well done, even if I would have enjoyed longer shots of crime scenes...I understand some viewers do not like the goryness display, but the scene jumps were so abrupt sometimes that I had go back and pause to understand what was supposed to be shown.

94. What Happens to My Family?
Korean Drama - 2014, 53 episodes
It may not be the best family drama out there and I did fastforward quite a few scenes, but overall it's pretty enjoyable.
Most of the characters are both likeable and unlikeable at times, which isn't a bad thing as it makes them feel like real people.
The actors did a very good job and the only partial complain I have is that the eldest daughter's and the Director's love story was played more for laugh. It was sometimes entertaining, but also quite surreal and cringey especially in the first half of the show.

The love triangle's dinamics are refreshing and really unique. It's treated very maturely and the relationship among the three leads is adorable.
Still, the writing is a mess...some plot points were dropped or never explored and in some places it feels downright awkward. That being said the second watch was enjoyable as well and I can definitely say that overall, even with its issues, this drama definitely had heart.

It was fun!
It had to be considered that this is taken from a manga, so there's a lot of silliness a pretty much no realism at all.

This is SOOOO over the top that it's sometimes cringy. Yet, I loved it!
Yoon Shi Yoon is so likeable that I just end up laughing at his overacting instead of getting mad and dropping the show right away.
The FL character is my kind of calm female character that I tend to like even if some might find her boring. The story, even with the unrealistic and sort of cliche premise, wasn't too predictable and I was always curious (and often suprised) at the plot turns. The ending managed to be nice, even if a few episodes were cut. Some plot lines do get a 'softer' ending, but it doesn't feel incomplete.
