Lee Dong Wook and Kim Hye Joon are in talks to lead a new K-drama.
On November 25th, news outlet Star News reported that Lee Dong Wook and Kim Hye Joon had been picked to lead the novel-based k-drama "The Murder's Shopping Mall" (tentative title).
"The Murder's Shopping Mall" will air on a global OTT platform. The series will depict its story from the novel of the same name by Kang Ji Young. It will be about a niece who lost her parents and grew up with her uncle who owns a shopping mall. Because of the sudden death of her uncle, she will be the one to inform the customers.
Lee Dong Wook is currently busy filming for the second season called "Tale of the Nine-Tailed 1938." He will also star in the upcoming k-drama "The Good Man." The actor will also join the upcoming films "Harbin" and "Single in Seoul."
The actor was recently seen participating in the entertainment show "The Game Caterers Season 2" together with other actors and K-Pop colleagues from his agency, Starship Entertainment/King Kong by Starship.
Meanwhile, before 2022 ends, Kim Hye Joon will officially return to k-dramas with "Connect." She will be working with Jung Hae In, Go Kyung Pyo, Jung Dong Hoon, Jang Gwang, Kim Roe Ha, and more.
Kim Hye Joon is known for being part of the hit k-dramas "Inspector Koo" and "Kingdom."
