A 6 is a positive rating, anything below a 6 I didn't like.
Notes contain unmarked spoilers, so don't read if you don't want anything spoiled (not that anyone's reading this, these notes are just for me to remind myself of things as my memory isn't very good)

4. Een goede dag om een hond te zijn
Korean Drama - 2023, 14 episodes
Finished on March 20, 2024
- Great until the parts set way in the past get an increase in screen time.
- Singing scene.
- Little Star.
-
5. Ware Schoonheid
Korean Drama - 2020, 16 episodes
Finished on April 14, 2024
- Honestly this was a 10 until the last 2 episodes, that time skip was rough.
- I love how dramatic the teacher is.
- My favorite part was probably when her mother sees the bullying video, I always love stuff that makes me cry.
-
6. Hometown Cha-Cha-Cha
Korean Drama - 2021, 16 episodes
Finished on April 17, 2024
- Honestly perfect.
- The only real issue I had was the really blatant food delivery ad in the last episode... one of the characters is literally like "wow, look how fast this food gets delivered from this simple to use app". It's short enough that it doesn't really matter.
-
7. My ID is Gangnam Beauty
Korean Drama - 2018, 16 episodes
Finished on April 22, 2024
- I did like the main couple and the plotline about the main guys mother but there's far too many unlikable characters in this that take up too much screen time.
- I liked the parents finding out what gangnam beauty means after happily thinking their daughter was being complimented.
- There's a scene where a cover of You've Got a Friend in Me from Toy Story is playing in a restaurant.
- Every time I started to really enjoy it, in comes Soo Ah to be annoying.
- Soo Ah is insufferable, 13 episodes in they start to give her a back story and a dramatic stalker plotline but after 13 episodes of her being an asshole to everyone it was hard to care.
-
8. Uncontrollably Fond
Korean Drama - 2016, 20 episodes
Finished on April 24, 2024
- I went into this expecting a good, sad romance, but I didn't really like the romance itself. Especially since they barely even interact in the second half (plot wise I understand why, it just doesn't make for a very good romance, it's hard to care when he just ignores her for the second half).
- The only time I came close to crying was at the mother's reaction to it all in the last few episodes.
- I liked Eul but she deserved better than any of the guys in this.
- I liked the main "justice for her dead father" plot enough to give it a 6, but the romance aspect just fell flat for me.
-
9. Moment at Eighteen
Korean Drama - 2019, 16 episodes
Finished on April 26, 2024
- The teacher is great, especially when he snapped at Soo Bin's mama.
- The soundtrack in this is super weird, for like the first 6 episodes it's full of English language songs like Bad Guy by Billie Eilish, I'm Yours by Jason Mraz and that I love the planet song by I think Lil Dicky, but then after around episode 6 they're seemingly gone.
- I was disappointed they didn't do anything with the gay character, they build him up as pretty obviously being a closeted gay guy, and then when he comes out to his ex / then gets outed by someone else that over hears it, that's kinda just it, they never really do anything with it.
- At the end the main guy has decided to move away for a bit to be with his mother who's going through some troubles, but he spends one last big day together with his girlfriend (he hasn't told her he's leaving yet) and he decides to take her to a movie... movies seem like a bad date in general as you're just sat in silence, but for their last day it seems even worse... but tbh I rarely leave my house so what the hell do I know.
- Honestly I didn't really like the ending too much, I wish there was at least a little time skip so you can see them together again.
- Overall the main couple is super cute so I enjoyed this.
-
10. Blue Birthday
Korean Drama - 2021, 16 episodes
Finished on April 27, 2024
- I really wish I liked this more.
- It has a good premise, I just wasn't really all that into it past a certain point.
-
11. A Love So Beautiful
Korean Drama - 2020, 24 episodes
Finished on April 29, 2024
- The first maybe three quarters of this are good, but after high school everything feels so rushed, there's multiple time skips in the span of a few episodes until suddenly they're all 30.
- I liked the two side characters and their wedding the most of the post high school stuff.
- This is also one of those rare love triangles where they pick the wrong person.
-
12. 23.5 Degree the World Incline
Thai Drama - 2024, 12 episodes
Finished on May 29, 2024
- "Ongsaaa"
- "It's good that Ongsa is Earth."
- This was so good !!
-
13. Silent
Japanese Drama - 2022, 11 episodes
Finished on June 3rd, 2024
- I love Nana, she's great.
- Sou's mum is really pretty.
- Minato looks like he's 12, the man must've straight up drowned in the fountain of youth... it's a lil distracting.
- The flashback scene in episode 9 where he fully loses his hearing
- reminder to look for the piano version of the ED used for episode previews
- the chalk scene !!
-
14. Somehow 18
Korean Drama - 2017, 10 episodes
Finished on June 4th, 2024
- This was a lot more comedic than I expected based off the description
- This also straight up name drops the film About Time.
-
15. Seishun Cinderella
Japanese Drama - 2022, 10 episodes
Finished on June 4th, 2024
- I liked how her friends were just willing to believe her
- The main actress reminds me of someone but I'm not sure who.
-
16. Lovely Runner
Korean Drama - 2024, 16 episodes
Finished on June 6th, 2024
- Okay, so I'm a simple man, if something makes me cry, I like it. So this was something I'd like by default since I cried during the very first scene, but this was better than I could've ever expected!
- Usually in time travel romance stories like this, they end or fix all the time travel elements with maybe 10 minutes to spare, at which point you get a lil epilogue of the couple being together... in this you get an entire episode of them being adorable and I love that so much
- It's wild just how good this was! I can't wait to be able to rewatch it again in a year or so.
-
17. A Time Called You
Korean Drama - 2023, 12 episodes
Finished on June 8th, 2024
- this dude just pulled his hearing aid out and drops it in the girls hand
- i love the sound marbles make when they hit each other. i had a big tube full of different sized marbles but i think i binned them when i did a big tidy a few years back. that sucks, this is why hoarding is important!
- I felt so bad for Min Ju, she hates herself and then somebody randomly takes over her body for a while and then nearly everybody likes the "new Min Ju" more, and then when she gets back in control of her body, people basically straight up tell her that. Obviously she does get told some advice that seemingly changes her view at the end (having unrealistic life expectations that make her lose sight of herself and her own well-being) but we never get to see how she ends up in the present day in the new timeline.
- I was a little disappointed in the ending, it's realistically the only way the story could've ended, I just wish they'd shown more of what happens to everyone in the new timeline.
-
18. Welcome to Samdal-ri
Korean Drama - 2023, 16 episodes
Finished on June 10th, 2024
- *finger guns*
- i love the dolphin man
- the end of episode 8 was stressful !!
- the old lady gang war
- Yong Pil's dad is insufferable.
- the whole town coming together to give false directions to the reporters
- I really enjoyed this for the most part, but the 2 year time skip ending where after they'd finally gotten together after all these years, and then he fucks off to Switzerland is just really unsatisfying.
- Also I wish her sister and the dolphin man had gotten more screen time
-
19. Doctor Slump
Korean Drama - 2024, 16 episodes
Finished on June 12th, 2024
- r.i.p akira toriyama
- the part where he goes off on the relatives about how much plastic surgery they'd need
- her jealousy in episode 6 was so good !!
- Man, these two were adorable
-
20. Tomorrow With You
Korean Drama - 2017, 16 episodes
Finished on June 14th, 2024
- I knew this had the main actress from Hometown Cha-cha-cha, but it also has the actor that played Oh Chun Jae.
- This is very similar to Uncontrollably Fond for me in that the main plot is interesting but the core romance does very little for me. Having said that, unlike UF the plot moves too slowly to keep my interest for long, this definitely suffers from the default 16 1 hour episode format
- There was this big reveal in episode 14, but they'd already shown it like 7 episodes ago
-
21. Flower of Evil
Korean Drama - 2020, 16 episodes
Finished on June 16th, 2024
- This wasn't what I expected based on the description and I was a lil disappointed but by the end I was glad it is what it is
- They picked the perfect main actor for this. Those eyes man, he's so hot !!
-
22. Bumped Into You
Korean Drama - 2023, 16 episodes
Finished on June 18th, 2024
- The main actress is a great cryer.
- The scene where the girls mama has been giving out missing person flyers constantly for years. I do wish we'd gotten to see them again in the future after she gets saved.
- This had it's issues but I enjoyed it for the most part... the killers motive was disappointing as just being a dude with mother issues murdering women that read books because his mama liked books.
-
23. A Business Proposal
Korean Drama - 2022, 12 episodes
Finished on June 19th, 2024
- This is very stupid but in a fun way.
- There's a scene where Ha-Ri goes to the bathroom in a restaurant and then when she comes out the guy is playing Yiruma on the piano, it's all very self aware of what kind of show it is.
- Young-Seo has a very nice voice.
- I wasn't the biggest fan of the ending though, South Korea seems to really like these "force the main couple apart for a while" endings, and while I don't always dislike that (I love the Thai drama 23.5 and the anime Toradora which both have endings like that) it does get a lil annoying at times (I hated it the most in True Beauty because they actually break up because of it before getting back together at the end)
-
24. Day of Kidnapping
Korean Drama - 2023, 12 episodes
Finished on June 21st, 2024
- This was good, the main kid actress was fantastic... I feel like it'd be harder to look past the flaws if she wasn't.
- I expected this to be more grounded than it is, so I wasn't expecting the sci-fi elements at all.
- I was a little worried they'd give us an unrealistic ending where he gets no prison time, but it ends well.
-
25. Weather Forecast Love
Korean Drama - 2023, 8 episodes
Finished on June 22nd, 2024
- You'd expect a series that is basically 8 15 minute episodes would have very little down time, but this is so painfully slow and boring and the characters all seemingly have very little personality.
-
26. Mad for Each Other
Korean Drama - 2021, 13 episodes
Finished on June 22nd, 2024
- The poster and trailer for this are both kinda terrible and tell you very little about the show.
- The whistle ending scene was perfect
-
27. Run On
Korean Drama - 2020, 16 episodes
Finished on June 24th, 2024
- Ponytail + glasses is an unmatched combo tbh
- I really liked Mi Joo and Dan Ah's friendship dynamic.
- There were so many golf clubs in this, but not a single one ended up embedded in Seon Gyeom's dads skull.
- The description for this is just factually wrong in that "Ki Sun Gyeom had just quit sprinting when he encountered Oh Mi Joo" just isn't true.
-
28. Twinkling Watermelon
Korean Drama - 2023, 16 episodes
Finished on June 26th, 2024
- The second episode was ROUGH, but it picks up significantly from 3 onwards, honestly very little happens in episode 2 and it all could've been condensed into a 10 minute bit at the end of episode 1 or something. I'm glad I kept watching though.
- I mentioned this when I watched Business Proposal but Seol In Ah has such a nice voice !!
- In one of the episodes towards the end a character was wearing a Black Parade era MCR t-shirt in 1995 which I thought was a pretty dumb mistake. Coincidentally Lovely Runner had one too, but it made sense timeline-wise in that.
- Her threatening to start singing Blackpink songs was really funny.
- Based on the poster I was expecting a different vibe in this... it gets pretty heavy at times, with the abusive evil step-mother.
-
29. See You in My 19th Life
Korean Drama - 2023, 12 episodes
Finished on June 28th, 2024
- The scene where she sees her mother from her 18th life again and they cry and hug, but then the camera changes and you see it's not real and she's hugging the air
- I think this would've been better if it was just a simple story of a woman chasing a guy from her past life. All the other characters that also remember their past lives, and all the drama from her first life just drag the show down.
- I did really enjoy the first 3 quarters though, it just falls off a bit towards the end.
-
30. DoDoSolSolLaLaSol
Korean Drama - 2020, 16 episodes
Finished on July 1st, 2024
- This is annoying because there's so much here I like but there's also a lot of shit parts, especially in the second half.
- I love Ra Ra, she deserves a better story than this.
- I heard the ending was bad, but it is truly dog shit.
- It was also really weird watching this just a few days after Twinkling Watermelon, Shin Eun Soo's character is so wildly different in this.
-
31. Strong Woman Do Bong Soon
Korean Drama - 2017, 16 episodes
Finished on July 3rd, 2024
- There's a really weird amount of scenes in this with people brushing their teeth.
- Seol In Ah's voice is just unmatched... it's too bad she isn't in this much.
- The plot line with the fake monk felt like a complete waste of screen time.
-
32. The Moment of Meeting Again
Chinese Drama - 2022, 24 episodes
Finished on July 6th, 2024
- I liked the first two thirds a lot more than the last, it falls off pretty hard at around episode 16.
- I went into this expecting proper time travel, but it's more like she's jumping into parralel universes. Whenever she ends up back in the present day, nothing has changed so I was left dissapointed.
- There's also a few scenes where it's painfully obvious they've dubbed over the voices and I don't really understand why they couldn't have at least tried to not make it so obvious...
-
33. Shining For One Thing: The Movie
Chinese Movie - 2023
Finished on July 6th, 2024
- this is just dull tbh
-
34. Is It Fate?
Korean Drama - 2024, 8 episodes
Finished on September 8th, 2024
- this man LOVES the sight of a woman tying her hair up
- I don't usually fuck with gym teachers, but I like the one in this! His proposal was hype
- I do think they dragged out the ex plotline for too long, like I feel like he added nothing at all in the second half and he's just a dick, no matter what his reasoning for leaving was.
-
35. Monster
Korean Drama - 2021, 16 episodes
Finished on September 12th, 2024
- Girl was burried alive, damnnnnn
- The scene where they find the body of Jae Yi's mother
-
36. She Is Different Day and Night
Korean Drama - 2024, 16 episodes
Finished on September 18th, 2024
- She poured some milk in her hand to feed a cat on the street and then said "I can't pet you because I have milk in my hand"
- I went into this expecting something light hearted and silly and then there's an attempted acid attack + a murder mystery going on
- It's not very often you get a woman serial killer in a show or film. Like even in real life most women serial killers are just nurses like Lucy Letby that kill patients. You don't really see them axe murdering people.
- I'm often not into the kind of ending where the main couple breaks up, or get sepperated for a while and then get togother again after a small timeskip, but I really liked the scenes in this where they meet again, they were super cute
-
37. The Woman Who Plays
Korean Drama - 2024, 16 episodes
Finished on September 21st, 2024
- Clair de Lune !!!!
- man's drunk and having the absolute time of his life at night in the kid park
- Him entertaining all the kids with shadow hand puppets during the mall blackout
- I didn't really enjoy the side characters pregnancy storyline. To me I think it's crazy to go through with an accidental pregnancy with someone you haven't even known that long.
- There's a scene where everyone's arguing and to stop it he grabs a glass and slams it down on the desk and cuts his hand up, and that was kinda hot
-
38. Descendants of the Sun
Korean Drama - 2016, 16 episodes
Finished on September 23rd, 2024
- "Don't worry. I can use a knife better than them."
- Her cheering on the security footage fight
- Her recording she made when she thought she was going to die of her confessing her feelings, playing over the speakers a few episodes later
- Red Velvet showed up for some reason
-
39. Ayaka-chan wa Hiroko-senpai ni Koishiteru
Japanese Drama - 2024, 8 episodes
Finished on September 24th, 2024
- The whole gag of "this straight girl is so oblivious to how she's coming across" coming from the actually oblivious lesbian is very funny
- The ending kiss was hype
-
40. Behind your Touch
Korean Drama - 2023, 16 episodes
Finished on September ?th, 2024
- This has gotta be one of the most useless superpowers
- This is really stupid but in a fun way.
- A dog got burried alive by his abusive owner (dog survives) and then when they find the owner they grab at him and the dog starts barking to protect him and it's so sad man
- Something about the way she walks and runs is so funny
- I like the cow man, I'm glad he didn't turn out to be the killer
- Cow man found love <3
- I keep getting jumpscared by the manji on the shaman's temple.
- DAMN IT COW MAN, YOU WERE SUPPOSED TO BE GOOD !!
- Or maybe he is good, I wish this show would stop making me suspect cow man !!!
- Cow man is dead, I am so sorry I suspected you !!
- The sunglasses reveal was kinda stupid and didn't really make any sense but whatever
-
41. After School War Activities
Korean Drama - 2023, 6 episodes
Finished on October 2nd, 2024
- Ew, wireless headphones
- I feel like if you want to train a bunch of high schoolers into soldiers and have them take it seriously, you should probably explain why... like I get they don't want to cause mass panic and shit but still
- I wish they didn't kill the teacher as soon as they did. Also the actress played the older sister in True Beauty
-
42. Duty After School: Part 2
Korean Drama - 2023, 4 episodes
Finished on October 3rd, 2024
- How are these prisoners still alive after being abandoned and left in their cells without food for months ???
- Where is Kim Won Bin ??? (apparently they filmed a scene explaining where he went but cut it and then never bothered to mention him again...)
- This is absolute dogshit, what the fuck went wrong ??? Like part 1 and 2 came out within a month of each other, so they must've been filmed at the same time so how did it get so bad ????
- It's one of those endings where characters you like die, but you just don't care at all due to how fucking stupid it is.
- I did think it was really funny how they end up back in their school classroom at the end. It's like they had the massacre ending planned out and they wanted to be extra edgy by making it a school shooting.
-
43. Thuis best
Korean Drama - 2020, 10 episodes
Finished on October 8th, 2024
- This is good so far, but having what are supposed to be big tense moments while Imagine Dragons is playing is so fucking funny
- omg they're playing Imagine Dragons again, is this gonna be a constant thing ??
- I hate it when things like this have cute animals cause you know that lil fucker's gonna get butchered
- They play that Imagine Dragons song so many times
- I wish I liked this more but it feels like there's something missing and I do not know what it is. It just feels a little off.
- Honestly sometimes the post apocalypse "humans are the real threat" trope gets annoying. Like there's these cool monsties and then 8 episodes in a group of boring generic evil men show up.
-
44. Nightmare Teacher
Korean Drama - 2016, 12 episodes
Finished on October 14th, 2024
- It's weird watching this a month after Serendipity's Embrace and seeing the main actress from SE going from a 30 year old to a high schooler (obviously this came out 8 years earlier but still)
-
45. Happiness
Korean Drama - 2021, 12 episodes
Finished on October 16th, 2024
- This kid is gonna die for sure
- Bae Hae Seon always plays the most unlikeable assholes, she's very good at it.
- This fake married couple, their friend and the neighbor kid having a family dinner on the roof is cute... honestly if any of these 4 die i'm gonna be mad
- There's a character in this (the guy that wants to be a streamer) who whenever he shows up it looks like the aspect ration is slightly fucked... like I don't know why, maybe he just has a weird face shape or something.
- This is basically what I wanted Sweet Home to be like.
- I really liked the whole "people can hold out from the virus more if they're around family and loved ones", and most of the people in the building being miserable assholes meant they couldn't. Like the elderly couple being pretty much fine, dispite her being infected right near the start and them straight up shutting themselves in their apartment and going no contact with the others.
- Considering how much of the plot revolves around the idea of the infected getting super thirsty, this having a big bottled water company sponsor in the credits of each episode is really funny.
- Shockingly the kid didn't die, and neither did any of the characters I actually liked (other than the mask man... not Andrew, the other one)
-
46. It's Night
Korean Drama - 2023, 12 episodes
Finished on October 17th, 2024
- oooh the first episode has so many unlikable characters, I can't wait for them all to die
- This was entertaining but the "this was a vr game the whole time" ending was dumb as shit
-
47. The Search
Korean Drama - 2020, 10 episodes
Finished on October 20th, 2024
- I started this and then found out it was directed by the same person as Night Has Come, which I watched the day before.
- doggy deaded =(
- "I must carry out this mission perfectly" honey you've already fucked it up. This dude's a prick and I need someone to punch him in the face already.
- the museum milf saved the day !!
- the 2nd doggy got discharged and now lives with them !
-
48. Dark Hole
Korean Drama - 2021, 12 episodes
Finished on October 25th, 2024
- I hope this lil religious cult doesn't become a main plot point
- ooh the cult drank the cool aid, thankfully they only really lasted one episode.
- I hope she adopts the kid at the end.
- I don't know if I trust the bullied girl... She's seems nice enough but there's something off about her. Hopefully I'm wrong and it's just a lil misdirection.
- Why on earth did they not tie this prick up after he was knocked out ????
- I think I was definitely wrong about the bullied girl. I think she just a lil depressy.
- damn, the granny got killed
- Parts of this I'm really enjoying, but then so much screen time is wasted on the shaman shit
- This really would be so much better if they just scrapped the shaman shit.
- The second half of this is just so dull.
- I was doing a "I'm gonna watch a bunch of horror stuff in October" thing, but I think after this I'm all Octobered out, so imma go back to romance stuff.
-
49. Because I Want No Loss
Korean Drama - 2024, 12 episodes
Finished on October ?th, 2024
- oooh enemies to lovers
- "This isn't a fake wedding. It's mum's first funeral. isn't it?"
- The actor that played Sun Jae in Lovely Runner just showed up !!
- This is really funny and then in episode 5 there's suddenly a kid that's being beat by his dad.
- There's a poly relationship in this
- the box of sex toys
- I was a lil worried about how this was clearly going towards a CEO + Writer romance, instead of the writer + secretary. But CEO has won me over
- The big reveal that the sectetary wrote alot of the hate comments for the CEO and actually wrote the most hurtful ones !!!!!!
- The office tour <3
- omg they're acting out a novel chapter in his office !!!!!! <33333333
- So much of this is funny and sweet, and then the back story is just so tragic mannnnn
- the proposal scene where he's followed her around on their date taking pictures of the rings behind her and sends them all to her after while proposing !!!
- Sometimes I despise the "couple breaks up at the end and then gets back together again" ending, but sometimes it works. It's pretty 50/50 and it's a massive risk, but when it works it works.
- This is one of those very rare times where while I love the main couple, I'm actually more invested in the secondary couple (the CEO and the writer)... Like there's plenty of times where I like a secondary couple more, but usually that means I either don't like the main couple at all, or just not very much. It's rare I love both, but actually prefer the secondary.
-
50. Mom’s Friend’s Son
Korean Drama - 2024, 16 episodes
Finished on October 31st, 2024
- I cannot relate to the title, I hate my next door neighbors.
- The big family fight in episode 1 is so funny
- Get fucked Chris!! That scene was so satisfying!
- I like the whole "trying to find my dream" theme. Maybe I should do something with my life...
- she read the letter
- This is from the same writer and director as Hometown Cha-Cha-Cha, but this is giving me more Welcome to Samdal-Ri vibes. Especially the single parent romance subplot.
- Them using a literal expiration date for her to answer his confession by
- I hope the ex goes away again soon
- "Can you save my tree?"
- "You don't like me. You imprinted on me." damn that's rough
- Oh shit, the big reveal that both the kids parents are dead and he isn't her birth father, he's her uncle!
- His mother was in Weightlifting Fairy Kim Bok Joo !! I recognized her from something but I would've never imagined that was who she was
- The middle aged lady vegetable fight
- The big family cry scene on the roof !!!!!
- This was great but I do wish we got to see Mudflat man's visit to see Moeum at the end.
-
51. Useless Lies
Korean Drama - 2023, 16 episodes
Finished on November 3rd, 2024
- That's weird, I've just watched two things in a row where the main character is played by the same kid in flashbacks
- is this sponsored by Manchester United?????
- Them supporting opposing teams and gloating loudly though the wall !!
- Damn near everyone in this dude's life is a prick
- The constant Kopiko product placement in k dramas is so funny
- Two shows in a row where a character is revealed to have survived stomach cancer
- I like how Lee Kang Min is listed as a main character but I'm 8 episodes in and he's barely been in it
- Them arguing about football together <3
- Them going camping. These two are so cute man
- Syaon sucks but her lil impromptu concert at the bar was cool
- "I realized something today. I'd rather have you alive with another woman than not have you in this world at all" omg growth !!
- a second Kopiko product placement scene ?????
- oh damn they've found her body. I fully assumed she just killed herself by the water and she got swept away, but now this means she was actually murdererered
- I love the gangster dudes from the very start popping back up!!
- I feel like wanting to throw a party to celebrate how someone's boyfriend was fully cleared of the murder of his ex girlfriend is super insensitive, like yeah it's great the world will finally believe it wasn't him who did it, but she was still murdered.
- oh they actually went through with the part... that's fucking weird
- If her parents get back together at the end i'm gonna be so mad, the mum is such an asshole
-
52. Link
Korean Drama - 2022, 16 episodes
Finished on November 6th, 2024
- I was not expecting the stalker dying at the end of episode 1 !
- Her mother and gran helping get rid of the stalkers body !
- girl don't google "pro's of turning myself in"
- the mum in this is so pretty
- damn, the kid really helped some dude abduct two little girls for a fucking gameboy advance. Like it's not even a backlit gba sp, it's a basic ass one that you couldn't even see the screen of.
- Oh shit, the plot twist that the gran is actually the dad's mother and the dad was some wife beating prick so she chose to live with the daughter in law + grand daughter
- it's really funny that it took 16 episodes for them to open this damn restaurant.
- When they finally find her body, after there's a song playing and towards the end of the song they have the dead kid sister singing over it.

Korean Drama - 2019, 16 episodes

- I feel like none of the art here is good enough to be in a gallery, but what the fuck do I know about art?
- why is she going up a step ladder in high heels??????
- There's a scene where they watch an old video of the main guy when he was a famous artist and his art is so bad... like it looks like a kids fingerpainting.
- this dead photographer x writer episode <3
- omg a kiss in episode 6???? That's way earlier than I expected
- oh it wasn't a real kiss he put his thumb between their lips because he could see cindy watching with a camera
- The dads face lighting up while showing Ryan his rocks
- "I'll be The Road to Duk-mi" ahhhhhhhh
- Her showing him around her apartment and showing him all her fan girl stuff as if it's an exhibit
- The final painting has him in it blowing the bubbles!!!!!!
- I did not expect this to make me cry so much
- The dad started rock collecting because of his dead son!!
- I loved this but the one issue I had is that for a show about art, almost all of the art sucks. Like the 9 Lee Sol paintings are nice, but everything else is bad.

- Why do korean school bullys always throw eggs???
- How the fuck do you attempt an acid attack on a high schooler and then get arrested and released the same day with a warning because it's a first offence ????
- ooooh unexpected time skip 3 episodes in
- I like when he waves at her
-
55. Een lente nacht
Korean Drama - 2019, 32 episodes
Finished on November 13th, 2024
- There's so many scenes in this of people walking around at night. Makes me wanna go for night walks but cold and I don't wanna get murderererered
- I loved this. I was actually super nervous starting this because it's one of those things I go into expecting to love it, and I was worried it'd disappoint me.

56. Just Between Lovers
Korean Drama - 2017, 16 episodes

- there's a song in this that just sounds like the Gary Jules cover of Mad World
- she's way too excited about driving this big ass truck
- If grandma dies imma be sad
- she died i am sad
- Not that it really matters, but why would her dad have his phone number ??
-
57. The Light in Your Eyes
Korean Drama - 2019, 12 episodes
Finished on November 20th, 2024
- that erotic movie dubbing scene was painful
- I like how the mum in this is the same actress as the older version of the character from Miss Night and Day. It's like she witnessed someone wake up older in 2019 and than it happened to her in 2024.
- I'm a lil disapointed that Han Ji Min probably won't show up much now that her character has aged to 70.
- This got real serious all of a sudden with his asshole dad showing up
- Imagine how much it must suck to be an old lady actress and your job as an actress is to just show up and die in films and shows. Like it's gotta be a constant reminded of your imminent death.
- "The way I see it, you were always wasted in front of Rice"
- This is good but I feel like I would've liked it more if I knew what it was going in. Like it's wildly different than what I was expecting it to be.

58. Reply 1997
Korean Drama - 2012, 16 episodes

- This is the oldest k drama I will have watched, with this releasing in 2012 and my previous oldest being 2016
- dude just got circumcised. Don't let the doctors steal your foreskin !!!
- an accidental boob grab? I guess 2012 K drama were in their anime era
- The main character in this has a bag that's really similar to mine. Like the same style, size and even the same orangy pink colour. Mine's Adidas tho.
- damn these 90's computers and internet make me so grateful for where we're at today.
- Eun Ji Won being in this and playing a character and not just in it as himself, and then having his name brought up a lot as he's from Sechs Kies is funny. Especially when the main character keeps mocking the group.
- There's a scene in this where she has a earphone in her sleeve so she can lean her head on her hand and listen to stuff, and that instantly brought me back to middle school where we weren't allowed any kinds of electronic devices at all and I did it and listened to Linkin Park and Funeral For a Friend.
- They did the old internet thing of having an image load down really slow and then cuts out before he gets to see a full titty
- Honestly the teacher shit just kinda killed my interest in this.
- My other issue is that I was expecting all the past stuff to be set in 1997, but it skips forward a lot and it feels like you're just missing a bunch of stuff.
- There's enough here that I do really like, but the teacher just drags it down so much.
- It is cool seeing Jung Eun Ji's first roll after having just recently watched her most recent roll in "Miss Night and Day".
- Also towards the end I hate the 2012 scenes where they're still trying to be all "teehee u don't know who ends up together, it's such a mystery" and they're trying to pretend it could possible be the teacher when it's beyond obvious it's not.
- Basically I just wish the teacher died in the accident too before the series starts.

- You ever watch something and see someone sat shaking their leg and it makes you realize you're currently shaking your leg too? (my leg shakes often, there's probably something wrong with me tbh)
- Kim Sun Young is so good at playing the most unlikable women
- "Mom, think of this as a buy one get one free. You can get a daughter-in-law and a grandson at once."
- ya know what, Korea is good at these single parent romances
- The Dongbaek road scene is cute, but my dude pls don't leave unattended candles !!!
- I love these two crybabies
- man i have no idea where this possibly fake dementia mama plot is going
