Looks more like untreated brain damage than time travel
We have quite compelling premise, more than likeable main couple cast, yet it's kind of... off, since the very 1st episode. The main girl acts out, spills the first minute that she traveled to the future, yet the person whom she tells this to - her mother - acts like she can't be bothered, she leaves her to deal with all the things AND with her husband all alone, so it's like she haven't told her. Main girl also acts crazy around her husband without sitting quietly for a second to think that (no matter her usual type), she had to have fallen for him else he would not be her husband in the future. Every woman in her place would at least take a good look at the guy, lol. Then she goes to work with NO problem, she is lucky she is working at the same place but still, after several years how the hell does she know what to do? Even the most repetitive work WOULD have some changes. How does she know her daily assignment? The list goes on and on... Basically, her main character keeps to brusquely dismiss things she should think hard about, then she easily does things she should have problem with. Someone did not write this right from the beginning.Mik's male character is kinda far fetched, too. I get we are to know that he is a nice guy and a loving husband but they are no longer on their honeymoon. Even the nicest guy in the world would not put up with the main girl's behavior, not for this long (I haven't watched this long but I read the other review:) Why should he? He's not paid to be with her, is he? She keeps hurting him, he should react naturally. Again, it's like this got incompetent writer. First, it's said the main girl traveled 3 years into the future. Then all the characters in there say that she is now married for 3 years. If she did not even know him 3 years ago, then they could not already be married for the whole 3 years, right? They needed to meet, and at least briefly date, first. How many years in the future is she, then? Did anyone think before writing this?
So, I could not understand the story, and I could not understand the characters. The girl in her situation could either try telling the guy that the last day she remembers before waking up with him there, was years ago (no matter how crazy it would sound), or try to get along with him. Telling him nothing & treating him like cr*p was the worst option. And also kind of least credible... Like, she was at ease enough with him to almost/insult him? If he was a complete stranger, then I get she didn't want to get intimate, but to behave like this made no sense, either. His reactions, too. It was more like watching people with some kind of brain damage, than characters in comedy/romance.
It's also all very prolonged. Seriously, in her place, had he keep acting that way, I would tell him the truth. She acts like she doesn't have to care. Like she does have some option to get quickly back to the past, so it doesn't matter however she'll act. But she doesn't. We don't see her solving some sci-fi way to travel back. So, she cannot treat her husband like that indefinitely. At one point he takes her at doctor's. Had she told him that for her, before waking up she had short hair and she did not know him because for her, it was year XXXX (I don't know which), then he would probably taken her to a specialist. Nobody believes in time travel, they would probably suppose she had some kind of amnesia... In other words, brain damage, lol. He would also know that he cannot treat her the same. This way, it's going in circles. If this is going to be the only plot, then I'm not sure how many episodes I can withstand...
Dropped by episode 3, which the main heroine spent almost entirely doing crazy stuff to avoid sleeping with her husband (perhaps it would be better if she had... other than prolonging this idiocy even longer, as described in the other review).

Son Yuke is too old for Mook
Mook Worranit... The young GMMTV girlie... Who did they pair her with here? Son Yuke? Gee... I remember him from 'Sao Noi'... 34 episodes of suffering, LOL. And quite dated, too. Is he still around? He must be kinda old. Or like, onscreen-old. I would love to finally see someone new, maybe? They always only get the GIRL exchanged. Plus, I never liked Son Yuke... Couldn't they pair the girl with Guy Sivakorn, at least? Son Yuke is too old for Mook.The two spend night together in 1 room due some stupid plot about exchanged key cards and then spend the whole episode 2 explaining that they really don't want to date. I realized, I didn't wish them to date, either.

Well, as the title says, we have 3 "older" ladies, here. But their age is not what is meant by that.
It's just that Benz Ponchita has been around since the nineties. And THAT is what makes her "old" for the viewers (her LOOKS are flawless, of course). By age, Joy Rinlani is even older. So I was truly, very dissapointed she didn't get paired here with A Passin. When I saw him on the poster to this lakorn, I thought he FINALLY got a "pra'ek" role somewhere! LOL. I say it for years he is hotter than all them other guys and nobody listens to me! Instead, she's with Alek Teeradetch, more than decade younger kid and not my type. It's actually Vicky Sunisa's character who is being called "aunty" and made fun of her ageing the most:) She got paired with Por, who still looks hot. I don't care for Aun Witaya AT ALL, he might as well be invisible... In conclusion, if there are 3 main couples in this lakorn, then it's such a pitty that A Passin, and also Pym Pympan are not in one of those 3.Obviously I enjoyed Vicky & Por's couple's antics the most, as both actors in their thirties were cute in their crazy/childish behaving roles. It takes two well experienced and well matched actors to look this comfortable with each other onscreen. After many dead-serious nang'ek/pra'ek roles, they both obviously enjoyed themselves in this. Joy & Alek, I admit they did their best with what they had, too. As for Benz & Aun's couple, I practically skipped it (I would not really watch any Aun scene).
Note: I have started watching this without noticing it was not yet fully subtitled (usually I ALWAYS check that first:) and also youtube had some of it blocked, so I stopped near the end of episode 6. Epis 8-14 might be fansubbed in couple years or not at all, so I'm putting this on hold (I believe in the future 'Channel 3' shall see the light and will put english captions on every video they post, so there should be no waiting:)

It's funny, because had she been a real call-girl she would not have the need to dress up like that in public for everyone to see, but because she only pretended to be one, she needed to, LOL. Either way, pra'ek obviously doesn't remember, or recognize his friend's kid sister. Hers is the unrequited crush, then. It's cute to watch her using the oportunity to be openly flirty with him now, as she is playing the prostitute role anyways. The more funny it is that his reactions to that are totally stuck-up: not interested in paid women any more than in arranged brides, he keeps being all bussiness. So, while in general I would prefer Ken to be paired with softer beauty than Janie, she did fit the requirements for this kind of a plot. I couldn't help but approve the way her character grabbed the chance to flirt her pra'ek. It was certainly getting her his attention at last, and it was hilarious.
But! The runtime of this lakorn is HUGE...
So, besides this, there is the second couple, who is even more raunchy than the first couple, formed by pra'ek's best friend, the one who's a regular at "massage parlors", portrayed by funny & sexy Not Vorarit (perfect cast) and the uptight, glasses-wearing "reporter", nevertheless portrayed by the bombshell Sara Legge. These two instantly "hit it off" right their first meeting, when he - what would you guess? - mistakenly takes her for a hooker, lol. These two are even more funny than the main ones, and didn't need to travel all the way to Prague for it, lol. Speaking of which, I indeed thought the Prague setting would suffice for the 1st epi, why the filming lingered there was a mystery to me. It was not needed at all for the plot. When I had to watch sequences like Janie wandering the Old Town at night wearing her "hooker clothes", encountering a young guy who was supposed to scare Janie by whistling at her (the volunteer "actor" almost choking at one point, not able to really whistle for the fourth time in a row:) and then almost getting raped near the Old Town Square, I really thought that enough was enough. Let's get back to romantic comedy, not parody, here. Only thing I liked was when Ken's pra'ek received a small buquet of a few gentle tulips from Janie as thank you. It was a cute & touching gesture and looked way better than the huge buquet Sara Legge received from the naughty second pra'ek back in Thailand;)
Then the third couple is introduced, which is nang'ek's friend, portrayed by Selina Pearce, and nang'ek's intended future husband, portrayed by Boy Chokchai, whose character is the guy nang'ek fled to Prague from, lol. He then starts to harrass her friend instead, resulting in very bad/not visible "kiss" (it looks more like he wants to choke her or strangle her) on the same annoying level as Boy Chokchai's low acting skills. Gee, the 3rd couple will be a pain.
Since epi 3, it starts getting boring (overly prolonged). Instead of returning to Thailand, yet more cast arrives in Prague, including praek's arranged marriage girl. Janie's nang'ek then moves into pra'ek's bedroom to play the girlfriend role, but does not sleep in a bed with him (despite her character is supposed to be a hooker) and rather sleeps on the floor. Second couple got separated, because praek's sister came to Prague, too. Third couple is annoying as before, only now without even the poor quality "kiss". Looks like many skippable filler episodes await...
I'm putting this on hold as I'm not very excited to see more.
Episode 4: Okay after I put ths show for 2 months on ice I attempted episode 4. I did not finish it. I am dropping this for the lack of futher interest.

Many real kiss scenes and bed scenes as a trade-in for idiotic ghost story?
Well, at least there's something to suffer through the ghost cr*p routine FOR, here. And with the husband fantasizing he is doing some mysterious ghost woman while doing his proper wife, it also has its share of humorous moments. Being it this way, viewer like me should be satisfied with this lakorn. Don't I always say I want kiss scenes and humour? LOL.Be careful what you wish for, they say... Now, as entertaining as this is, I'm still not sure if enough to watch it 22 times:-D
I lasted four. I consider it decent accomplishment. I'm far from criticizing it, but time is precious, one shouldn't overdo anything. As I don't need to know how this ended, might as well happily wrap it up early:)

Seriously, who's supposed to care about the "story" that's repeated over and over for who knows how many remakes? Viewers keep pointing out how the behavior does not connect to current times. Then other viewers reply that these dramas actually are remakes of remakes from original series that can embed dated back to the 70'. So, will they do this again in 2033? LMAO.
Obviously thai are too lazy to write new dramas, if such high percentage of "new" shows are remakes, or other-country drama adaptations. It's still easier to do a few updates in the old thingy from the seventies, than to write from scratch, right? Geez. So, everyone now has a cell phone and uses social media, else they act like 50 years ago. Great.

Nao Tisanart is pretty but I doubt she'll do real kiss with him. We can also listen to new version of the same song...

First, Pooklook & Bright's characters are together. Their only problem seems to be... money. Now, the main girl seems to be smart enough to suspect a shady looking investment scheme might not work for her boyfriend. But apparently not smart enough to suspect a "life coach" filling people's ear with beautiful words about how anyone can become rich. It's a groomed woman in her thirties, calling herself 'Venus'. Of course because everyone's thai, nobody is really capable to actually call her that, all they are able to pronounce is 'Vinat'. Therefore, I'll call her Vinat, too. Anyways, the foolish main girl in search for help actually helps HER to a get promo for free.
I gotta say after watching it for a bit, I sincerely wished the girl listened to her mother's advice and went back to her parent's house in the country. Why pay expensive city rent she cannot afford when she can live in clean air area for free? She was lucky she had those parents. But no, she'll better cry on this "net celebrity"'s shoulder on her live stream. Therefore, I didn't feel much compassion for her tears. Also it looked like romance would not be prominent in this story. Unless they have a steamy lesbian romance in store between her and this Vinat, lol. She's the classic crook who hears a person saying she's got no money and replies to her by asking money from her, lol. Poor girl is to pay 50 thousand baht for an advice course by her, yeah might seem blatant absurd but sadly, on foolish and desperate people, this method works. They're really capable to sell their liver to nearest loan shark if someone PROMISES to solve their money problems FOREVER. While I do understand this, I didn't wish to watch a lakorn about it. When will Jes Jespipat appear? Shall he save this thing?
Right on cue, he really appears. First it looks like he might save the foolish nang'ek from the crook in the last minute. My, I would really appreciate that, the whole lakorn could go different direction, but then Cheer Thikumporn would not be listed here as main role. So, the girl acts like c*w, doesn't listen to him and preaches to him her theories, instead. While she could just listen and look into beautiful eyes of Jes Jespipat. Foolish girl! I would sure listened to him piously, lol. This way, he soon receives a phone call and just leaves.
Nang'ek then gets what she asked for. Even the boyfriend supports her decision to throw her/their last money away. He even no longer wants her to invest in his ponzi scheme. No, he attends the "course" with her and therefore meets Cheer's character. He's also extatic and believing they're on the path to gold. There's a funny scene with a hall filled with foolish people chanting "we are smart". Well, she could not possibly let them chant the truth, lol. Bright Norraphat's boyfriend watches the lecture in awe and then even starts flirting with the 10 years older woman. She starts brainwashing him, apparently having fun as a bonus. He goes shirtless right in 1st episode. I gotta say I almost started cheering for... Cheer, lol. So sleazy. And funny how she wraps any male around her finger, decade younger or decade older (there's that shady "assistant" of hers).
Meanwhile, Pooklook's silly nang'ek runs into Jes Jespipat's character for the second time and third time... I would say she didn't deserve to meet the guy again, but she IS this lucky. It's soon revealed he's the only character who is neither naive nor a crook in this lakorn, but she's not to notice as she's too busy smiling like a fool and believing anything Vinat says. Her boyfriend acts like he was born yesterday too, but his admiration for Vinat rather makes nang'ek jealous.
Then another element is introduced which is pra'ek's mother. She's apparently a psycho carrying a gun... I'm afraid the lakorn reached the limit of over-corny elements in it, I'll rather move on to next show with Jes Jespipat.
There was simply nothing I really wished to watch in this show. I didn't enjoy Bright with Cheer (there's a sex scene right in episode 2). Jes was too good for the female characters he was surrounded by. The money theme also vexed me. Nang'ek cried for her "huge money problems" in public. She had a car. Her parents had a house. She had savings. Her dad had savings. She had small bussiness. It was small but it was working. First, she sells her car to attend a corny motivation course, then she's about to blow her savings/her dad's life savings? She wasn't lacking money, she was lacking brains. Too irritating to watch...

Well, first time for everything.
Cast is not super attractive, nobody is really hot but they are likeable. Main couple consists of two professionals, a soldier going on "special missions" like rescuing hostages from Taliban, and a doctor doing everything from appearances at ER to complicated surgeries. There is a montage showing them both fighting on their job: him literally, her in surgery room. It looks good budget, standard drama, like from mainstream movies. Then there is a standard rom-com like I imagine is on shows like 'Grey's Anatomy' or 'E.R.'. Though I personally never watched the US shows I just mentioned, overall it oddly feels like this k-drama was made for american audience.
It's not bad, it's just... Meh.
I have absolutely no complaints or criticism to write about this drama, perhaps it would be better if I had... I just truly and honestly feel zero interest in seeing more episodes of it.

Basically, when not possessed, this "dishwasher" knows the craft better than many chefs, but lets others walk all over her and even apologizes TO THEM. On the other hand, when possessed, she's practically arrogant towards everyone including the boss, while being crap at work (busy mostly with gossipping and flirting). So, I liked the possessed version even less. She was no better than the people stepping over the original girl and she reminded me of people from MY work, lol.
I think Pae Arak should be now cast only in comedy, preferably family, he already looks like a daddy and I can imagine him with toddlers crawling all over him but he's not convincing in scenes where he's supposed to be angry hot guy or speaking loud voice. I managed to withstand SEVENTEEN episodes with him in thai version of 'My Girl' while I was hating it. I don't think I can be so immensely patient again.
When the horny possessing ghost needed to quickly seduce a guy in the kitchen, I would literally prefer any other guy in there to Pae Arak. Also my head kept hurting from listening to constant squabble of practically all the characters. I missed the quiet girl:) Will she come back? I suppose that would be the only way to keep this show going. The two would take turns. The ghost girl would use her sharp elbows to make way for the shy girl to finally showcase that she can cook. Meanwhile, she can just wash dishes, and if anything she can disctract the boss by seducing him. After all, without her interference the shy girl would probably never marry, lol. Later hopefully the ghost girl shall be able to leave shy girl's life at peace, due the crazy premise that "only losing her virginity will help her to ascend to heaven". LOL.
Only I am not patient enough to watch it all unfold, not with this cast. I'll look forward next lakorn with Gypsy Keerati where she'll be more than a voice. I can't say the same about Pae Arak, but never mind. At least one more of his "main role" series is off my back.

Not much of a role for Mik Thongraya, again
Eh... Maybe if they at least cast Toon Pimpawee in the lead role? But this Miss Thailand... Universe... I don't like her. LOL.Even the main guy... Nothing against Mik Thongraya, but he was not old enough here to portray "30 year-old businessman", and I would prefer Bom Phongsakon, or Guy Ratchanont.
Anyways, Mik Thongraya's deserted groom kinda acts bit too cheerful when he meets the abandoned bride and spends a night with her, while he should actually be brokenhearted, too. We get to see (real) kiss scenes and a bed scene right in episode 1 with these two strangers. I couldn't help but think about how I never got to see such scenes with couples I liked and/or at point where I cared about them. Mik Thongraya is someone we haven't yet seen with compatible onscreen partner (I don't care whom he dated in real life). Pooklook is certainly no exception. Also Mik is not very well suited for a... suit. I mean he does well for blue collar roles or soldier roles but being "a suit", gives him kind of an awkward feel, something in his body language, perhaps his height and body built.
Main couple marries after 2 episodes for blatantly stupid reason and I couldn't help but think the girl would be better off without the guy. The guy was weird. I wondered who would liked him if he was not portrayed by the handsome Mik Thongraya. But, safe to say the character portrayed by Guy Ratchanont was even more sleazy.
What is interesting about this is that nang'ek isn't the usual type of poor cinderella: in fact she is someone whom her former fiancee deserted for such a cinderella. And in contrary to what we see in most similar stories (where rich boy & poor girl are opposed by everyone and "can't" be together) here we actually can watch how the rich guy absolutely cannot leave the poor girl because she always desperately needs him to take care of her destitute situation, of her baby, etc... It's actually the poor family members who are able to put pressure on the guy, not the rich family's, like we see in all the other dramas: it actually makes sense. And therefore, this nang'ek can ironically only envy the "poor" poor girl. She in fact does have some property, her hotel isn't successfull, still it's an asset various men are after and they all turn to her with various methods. At the end of the day, even her fiancee is actually a nice guy, who does only wish to live peacefully minding his own bussiness which can be small only enough to provide for his new family. There's nothing wrong about it, only it's kinda wrong of him to ask his former girlfriend to help. Just because she isn't poor, it doesn't even occur to him that it might hurt her feelings.
Episode 5 I still experienced disengaged feeling while watching. We still watch the former fiancee situation, his secondary character is going through some struggle that still fills the runtime even though he's practically out of the main story, while the main heroine is now married to a guy who started saying that he loves her, and acting like it, overnight. She also started to show some signs (like being upset that he might have someone else) and we watch scenes of them flirting/bickering back and forth, he also interacts with her family situation, takes care of her more than her father does but it all looks so weird, he is a complete stranger. I am afraid this reminds me of Mik's previous role in 'Mon Garn Bandan Ruk' where he also became nang'ek's husband overnight, literally. I didn't care to watch more than 3 episodes of that. And I'm not enjoying this, either. Mik seriously needs a proper role, where he can portray a character whose romance line with the girl would be properly developed.
There are many "drama" props added to this, like other suitors and jealous girls, old family enemies, gossip affairs, someone attacks nang'ek on the street, sometimes all this happening at once. It seems the writer just keeps writing - what they consider - drama on and on, instead of development of the relationship, which would be needed to make it at least mildly believable. So that I would at least mildly care about any of this. But I don't. So, I can just quit watching.

Atichart as devil? Could it be finally a good use to that face of his...
...after numerous dubious attempts to be pra'ek?:DThough, to play a devil... you'd need to be a good actor, right? And that was never the case with Atichart. First, we watch a nasty sequence where a guy brutally shoots to death his cheating woman, her man and them himself. Then we watch ridiculous sequence of all 3 of them ending up in cartoon-ish hell. With Atichart on the throne. I would personally think that nothing is actually more horrible than the stuff from our mundane world, and the fact there is NOTHING after someone thrusts a few bullets to your body and life out of it. But, never mind. If such is the premise, we'll have to work with it. Besides this, I'm currently watching 'Majurat Holiday' with similar theme. But there, they have HUMOUR. They have actors, like Film Rattapoom. Nut Devahastin. Here, besides "legendary" Atichart, we have Kao Jirayu? Pattie Ungsumalynn?
Watching episode 2... It's like unintended parody with this cast. Whenever Atichart tried to stare at someone menacingly, I had to laugh. As for Pattie Ungsumalynn, I've suffered enough in the past. I think my tolerance has fullfilled. I'll leave this to other audience.

Then we get into some houseparty in a rich house. Everything is grand and all the guests are there, waiting for the FL. She is announced (really, announced) and comes slowly down the stairs. After all the anticipation it's shown it's Marie Broenner. Who is obviously not that much of a highlight, including her dress. But at least she gets surrounded by Nat Devahastin and Aerin (though they are in their thirties already, and don't seem her "peers") and the dance number is not bad. Music is not bad. It's very dated, but we ARE in the 50's. And yes, we are in a musical.
Being set in tumultuous times, the party is of course soon interrupted (and with that, both the decent dancing & acting gets interrupted) by the plastic beauty queen Willie McIntosh, who announces to everyone they should return home for safety. But then nang'ek meets her pra'ek, which is another letdown. I am disappointed as I don't find the main guy attractive, I don't care if he really dates Marie Broenner but if that means at least this time we won't get to watch dead awkward wooden fake "kisses", then hurray.
Marie is the only woman not wearing the stiff period hairdo, they iron-curled her hair, instead. While not quite natural, it doesn't look period at all. Everyone's look is firm while she's got those temporary curls that change and loosen. She stands out from everyone else (her boyfriend looks so simple he could really be from the fifties) in this series. But not in a good way.
I'm bored by episode 3 already - as I don't care for anyone much, here - especially when the epi starts with Marie Broenner gazing dreamily at her boyfriend, who is singing a song which sounds very country but unfortunatelly not e-san. It gets interrupted mercifully by Nat Devahastin, but there I know I can't get my hopes up. His is the unrequited suitor side-role (I asked around which episode number it is he'll violently grab Marie Broenner as seen in opening credits, so I would skip to that bit for at least some reverse-enjoyment, but no one responded in time so I didn't bother, it was more enjoyable to delete the whole lakorn from my drive than entertain that mild interest).
I am annoyed because in the past I always wished more lakorns to be musicals. But what I actually wished were more dance scenes and good songs. Now I am suffering at static scenes, listening to long ballads sung by Marie Broenner's boyfriend. Looks like she really promoted him to the producers very much. I'm not sure how many more episodes I can withstand...

Wake Up Ladies 2: Very Complicated

First episode seems to concentrate on Ae, who was so notoriously unlucky with men that they decided to put her together with a woman. The woman is a middle-aged fitness trainer, keenly overseeing her excersising and dieting. With Ae looking positively anorectic, this is not needed. Either way, I always thought Katreeya English looked kinda scary. There is yet another scary woman at Ae's work. While Petch Paopetch seems to have landed unsignificant side role. Not a good beginning, sis...
Doctor Nat keeps seeing Boy, which is a relationship characteristic by... not being characteristic with anything, actually. For the whole season one, it was just kinda running in the background, while doc was dealing with the "theme of the week".
Then we have Tata, who is now married (could SHE die? please?) and we can additionally watch Jane Ramida to most of her scenes. Her character dates multiple guys like Chloe/Kluay, only is younger and prettier.
I don't find the "jokes" (if there are any) funny.
Watching 3rd episode, I am bored already... I don't know what's supposed to be so "very complicated", nevertheless I don't really care whatever is happening. It was like that in 1st season too, but now it's kinda worse, as it is prolonged. Who thought it was necessary for this to have 2nd season? I decided to drop it as I don't really care for it. Who ever is or is not dead is all the same to me, too.

The story doesn't hide that it's dated. Nang'ek is a destiny girl, whom pra'ek knows from childhood. Nang'rai is of course A GIRLFRIEND pra'ek originally dates, and acts like a harpy in her very first scene.
I had the same feelings as every time I watched this story. The man's character is not appealing. First, he dates a woman who has flaws, but had he really loved her he should have stayed with her anyways. I never thought it very romantic that he gradually - usually very gradually - leaves her for the main girl. The virgin. I don't like his behavior towards the main girl either. Mostly he judges and teases her with conceited smile. He is at awe at her beauty, without it, he would not as much as talked to her, really.
So, all this is exactly what modern romantic dramas try to improve. Not this one, apparently. My interest dropped as soon as episode 2. It felt I've already watched this, which in a way is true.
