the reason why I won’t watch it again is cause it is too beautiful and sad for me to bear
okay okay I’ll stop crying and write a proper review let’s start with the plot. The plot as you might have guess sad and beautiful. A love story between a girl who has 6months to live and a boy who has 1yr to live. A girl who looks forward to dying and a boy who is scared of dying. A girl who has no attachment to this world and a boy who gave her a reason. Their are movies similar to it but in those the boy is always in good health. so it was a unique take and I liked this more cause in this case I believe he will understand her better and feel her pain better.The acting? absolutely fantastic. No I am not saying this cause I couldn’t stop crying… maybe I am but anyways the acting vibarated through the screen for me and as I don’t know anything about the actors I have no bias… perhaps their is one now but that’s a separate matter. It was deep and soulful the way they acted. When they were sick I could feel they were sick the way they spoke, the way their eyes showed deep love and sorrow… the actors have a bright future ahead. Not just the ML and FL but the supporting cast as well.
The songs? Beautiful of course. The painting? heart reanching and beautiful. My heart? Broken and dead.

P.S. After this if I ever see a Gemera I will freaking cry my eyes out. How am I supposed to live violen breaks my heart, now Gemera these directors must always put something particular… Okay Okay I am not crying anymore

A perfectly average drama I must say. I have seen many dramas but this is the first one that made me think of a perfect 7.What was those drama you ask? Here is a short summary…. A copy.
It was literally using every cliche a fantasy Kdrama can ever think of the story is just trash and the sole thing that keeps you hooked is the Visuals and chemistry of ML and FL. But I guess it is not terrible nor excellent just a nice one time watch.
If I had to name all the dramas this series copied the list will be too long to count. But I can definately say this is not a totally original show. So If you want something original you should look somewhere else.
The OST is okay and the chemistry is amazing you will watch this entire show just because of the chemistry and characters. I must say that is the sole thing you would watch this show for.
Anyways it is a great one time watch and you will enjoy it if you don’t think much about the story and only focus on the chemistry.

MY SOUL IS SHATTERED BECAUSE I LOVED THIS DRAMA
I have to start for this drama from the actual start - The trailer. The trailer heavily leaned on the fact and made it pretty clear that this show is not for the ones with a weak heart. And after completing the drama I agree. I am not the type of person who cries when a character dies. I didn’t even feel sad when I watched Drawing Closer (a Japanese movie - it’s good) And yet here I am, I lost count of how many times I cried while watching this drama. But don’t get me wrong it is not only sad and serious it has a lot of comedy and team bonding. The characters are deep and meaningful. Let alone the main characters I cried even for the side characters.This drama is a journey. It takes you from enemies to friends to found family. It talked of love and family, of friendship and fate. It is beautiful. I don’t think I will ever have enough words to truly express the brilliance of this team. The actors stole my heart and the director made sure to make good use of it. If you come into this drama, Get ready to create a watch list because after this you will watch all the dramas the actors have worked in and all the dramas the director and screenwriter have worked in. I am not kidding.
Another think to praise is the brilliant cinematography and CGI. Shots of water and rain. Shots of characters. You realise how much cinematography affects a show after watching a masterpiece like this. The cinematography and OST can take a drama from 100 to 1000, and in case of this drama they took it to 10000. The OST is a masterpiece again. I will be saving all the songs in my playlist and listen to them on repeat… well anyways.
A drama is not just a story it takes everything to make a great drama and this one has out done it all :

My first thought “Damn Awesome”
so I was in a drama slump and like I was eternally bored, so I just decided to watch it as it just randomly popped up… And Thank all gods that it popped up or else I would’ve missed this masterpiece.Right from the first moment it hooked me and I was like wow! that’s intense. I thought wait I came here for a romance what is this?? thank god it is!!
The acting is amazing! The sound track- breathtaking! And finally the cinomatography- chefs kiss! Just looking at it it’s obvious that it’s a high budget drama! And the director cares literally cares for the drama! Perfection!
If I you don’t get hooked by the intense fast paced plot, you get an amazing story, you get life like characters, you get brilliant absolutely brilliant cinematography! and most of all you get great Soundtrack!!

From a neutral point the least you can give this show is 7 ie if you like romcom
You see it was not like other dramas… it was a rom com in the literal sense. And I admire it for itIt had a good blend of suspense, romance and understanding. Though the suspense was ended slightly earlier to incorporate romance it still was nicely played out.
The story for me was more like an anime rom com than a kdrama and for those who like suspense and problems other than sweet romance it may seem like a let down. But that’s okay Park Hyung Sik’s cuteness is enough to watch the show till the end.
One main thing that I liked most about this show is how their mental state was not ignored like Ha Nuel was depressed and it was visible in her actions. Some forget to take it into consideration while writing the story, but they didn’t. People may be annoyed when Ha Neul didn’t open up about her past but understand she had Depression… as someone who has went through it I guess I admire it more.
The acting and music are great and so is story, for me the pacing was nice but some might find it slow or weird so if you watch it the least you will give is 7 that is if you like a romance where their are no relationship problems just a couple with overflowing sweetness.
I would say it is a must watch

if I had to summarise this series in one word it would be either perfect or a masterpiece I can put it with boys over flowers and say it is better…it was based around music so I loved it anyways… the acting… the casting and even the plot and story were amazing I mean they could do a little bit more with the step mother fiasco but all is well that ends well and the ending was satisfying
many things still remained unexplained because of the abrupt end but the whole story had a grip
it was fast paced and had no nonsense in it I must say they sped up the ending a little but common not everything can be perfect but it is a masterpiece
I must say it is the first series after love between fairy and demon that made me think wowww I am in love.
I can bet 10yrs of my life that it is the best series of 2022 and 2023 because I didn’t find anything this good in these 2 years

How can all the characters of a single drama be so cute it is amazing Sian then Huijin and even FL are so cute I just am squeeeling every time I see them.I loved the ost it is the 2nd soundtrack with every song on my playlist which is amazing.

I am deducting that 1 mark cause tbh the past trauma thing with the dead brother is unnecessary and quite sudden I got all the painting connecting but that memory loss was unnecessary

A hidden gem meant to be explored
So for those confused the story is about a young girl, Chu Li who has become an editor, a book editor and has managed to get the famous author Zhou Chuan who is supposedly very hard to deal with. The story doesn’t explore much on the editor and her work, rather it focuses on two couples - Chu Li X Zhou Chuan the main couple and the second couple Mr. Jiang also an author and Gu BaiZhi am editor.The story is sweet and charming with lots of cute and lovely moments, and for people like me who watched this after Love game in eastern fantasy, this drama gives me everything the other lacked. That is a lot of cute moments and kisses.
I won’t touch down on Love game here.
This drama has one of the most peaceful couples in the entire history of Romantic dramas with no misunderstanding, hate or whatever. They are so in sync and the ML is so kind and considerate, it was refreshing to see such a mature relationship, especially after watching the dramas in which the ML sold his common sense for peanuts.
Though the romance was great I wish it would’ve showed us more of the editor’s work. After Zhou Chuan’s first novel is published we don’t see anything about the editor, nor we get to see anything about her office. After the first book the job just disappears and our complete focus is diverted to the relationship.
The drama did try to touch on many things like divorce, second chance, self worth but again it didn’t go too deep on any of these topics. Which will forever be my one complaint from this drama but other than that I would say it a nice watch and a great pic for suckers of cute romance (like me 🤭)

One of the must watch drama...
this drama has an alright story I mean it is engaging and you will easily watch all the episodes but I won't say it is a masterpiece or something like the ML is continually crying about everything he is literally a cry baby here other than that I must say that in the last few episodes the focus shifted from the male lead to a purely support character. This was a little disappointing the story became a little too realistic at the end but I guess the end was satisfactory enough for me to give it a high rating. The acting was a plus and the storys beginning and mostly uptil the last few episodes was very good the last few episodes messed this up.Overall a very good drama, definitely worth a watch

The story is overall quite simple with a demon coming to earth to punish sinners aka murderers by using her powers, because she punished the wrong person in hell. Objectively stating, the thing that really attracted me to this show was how it avoided all the story cliches. Generally, the role of a mythical being is played by the ML but here it is our FL and I also liked that instead of a lawyer it is a judge. Pretty great and unique.The story started out great with a lot of devil and blood, the romance is also very well developed. Instead of them just finding heavenly love at first sight I loved how they let there love blossom slowly. Believe it or not this show has only 1 proper kiss scene and that is at the end. And I am not complaining it was awesome. It had its own beauty. While we are on the topic. I loved the ML too. He was a sweetheart instead of the normal stoic ones we get. Now that I think of it no one was stoic in this series. Is it what I think it is? A breath of fresh air.
The story was rather short with only 14 episodes, but I still thing it could’ve done better. Till the time the story reached the end it had quite a few strands loose. Like the angel went to hell to save a ‘good’ demon. Or that the one will die curse was a lie. The writers dug the hole so deep that they themselves didn’t know how to get out. But that is just my opinion.
Even with a few strands loose this story was awesome. It was engaging, charming, a little bit confusing but it had kept me on my toes till the end.I admire them for it. I do wish the ending episode would’ve more couple moments but we all wish for things. Tbh my main issue was only with the somewhat childish ending but at least they didn’t use the cliche where the dead ML comes back to life at the last 0.25 millisecond of the last episode.
I still think adding the one will die curse was unnecessary, they could’ve just made it simpler, but come on you have to agree nothing was more satisfying then watch Bitna beating everything out of those monsters. I do think she was not portrayed to be demonic enough, she had more of a vigilante vibes then a devil from hell vibes but I digress.
Oh and one last thing I must appreciate. The AD PLACEMENT! Future dramas take inspiration! that is how you place ads in between. You put them subtly instead of pushing it in our faces!
In the end. Yes I loved it, you willl too. Yes, I will forever love this ship. Yes, I didn’t appreciate the ML enough in this summary. I hate Bael too.

BEST MINI DRAMA OF 2024
Are you bored? Are you tired of the lengthy boring dramas with no chemistry and bad kisses? Do you want a drama with smart leads who have common sense, smart story, great kisses and lots of chemistry? Then this is the pick for you! Only 1 Misunderstandings resolved in 3 episodes it is a breath of fresh air. With beautiful leads, electrifying chemistry and spicy kisses I promise you, you will love this! I mean how many dramas have you seen with such smart leads? This drama is amazing with one of the best non rushed, amazing ending in a mini. Best mini of 2024? Nope it is the best mini of the 2020 decade! Do watch this and I promise you won’t be disappointed! (The second couple is also good). So come on with me and let’s enjoy this ride and drool over Eddy and YXC! (Yes, I have no shame haha)Just so we are clear I judged this from standard mini drama standards. I am not comparing it with big dramas like Love Between Fairy and devil (masterpiece in my heart lol). But truth be told I think it is better than same normal dramas I have watched,

An amazing Xianxia with a Happy ending!
I love Ding YuXi. I loved this drama. Simple but not entirely related. Ding YuXi was the motivation but gosh I loved this drama! zthe story was so nicely interwoven and so perfectly executed that I was in awe. The romance was sweet and obviously we had YuXi and Chao Yue (always a plus) so I was pretty happy with the cast.Tbh there were some things that didn’t make sense like how he came back at the end or how he became a cat demon or how Lao Li knew what happened 30,000 years ago. But I am not complaining. It was a good story, I was never bored, never tired and never exhausted from this drama. It is a cute Xianxia with a very happy non-open ending. Definitely recommend. LIFE… IT IS DEEPER THAN YOU THINK.
The story at the start seems like a simple thriller in which a man is given a challenge by death itself after he took his own life to escape the problems of his life (quite a common act nowadays). Though this series starts out as being a thriller it smoothly transitions to talking to us on an entirely new emotional level. It does not just pop into a moral lecture it slowly comes together and talks about the results of death and how foolish it is to take one’s own life.As a controversial topic, I do agree that the ending was unsatisfying, but I will forgive it. As someone who themselves have a history of self harm and attempts, I enjoyed this. I have been given life lessons on the topic more than a few times but the talk is always a talk, forgotten easily. So watching a drama which so sneakily explores this topic was refreshing, at no point in time did I feel like I was being lectured but after the end when I think back I realise, I wasn’t just being told a story, I was being told a life lesson, hidden behind a supposed murder mystery and revenge.
An unforgettable journey, An unforgettable show and finally A must must must watch.

All's well that ends well
It was just created to give everyone a happy ending so it was mostly happy ending but I think the main villain was dragged way too long at one point I was like will be die or is he immortal and then he just abruptly dies like to just end the story which was unsatisfying for most part. Like he who decided to not kill human just came up killed everyone in an instant and for how strong the fire bird was supposed to be I think the fight was underwelming.It could have gone on for another episode but they should've made an end to be remembered for ages as it is such a nice drama.
Must say part one was better as nothing was rushed in it. and then again the main characters only had a little scene in the end, I definitely wishes to see more of those two together.
